Chapter 15: Revenge!

       Derek walked into Penelope's office. "Any news?" Derek asked and Penelope shook her head. "No." Penelope replied and Derek sighed as he sat down. "He's good." Derek commented. "Not good enough. After Emily died, he became more reckless." Penelope told him. "You're right, he use to be smarter them this." Derek agreed. "We'll find him. We know he wants his son, and we have the upper hand." Penelope told him. "We know where Declan is." Derek added and Penelope nodded. "Exactly." Penelope agreed. "It's only a matter of time before he finds out." Derek told her. "And we'll be there. Maybe we should tell the team now." Penelope suggested. "Not yet." Derek told her and she sighed. "I hate keeping this a secret. They should know, Emily was there friend too and Hotch's girlfriend." Penelope told him and he nodded. "I know, and we will. We just have to wait for the right time." Derek told her and she nodded. "Yeah. Don't want to jinx anything." Penelope agreed.
     Penelope was typing on her conputer. She was looking on footage. She got into cameras outside of Declan's school and his house, that way she can see anything out of the ordinary. She noticed something and zoomed into the footage of the school. She zoomed in even more and saw a silver car in the corner. She gasped as she recognized the person in the car. Ian Doyle. Tbe person her and Derek are after. The reason she's keeping a secret from her other friends. The person who took Emily away from them. Her blood ran cold when she saw him. She knows what this means.... He's found his son, and that is not good. She immediately called her best friend. "Yo, baby girl." Derek greeted. "I found him." Penelope informed and she didn't hear anything from the other line. It was like he completely froze. "Where?" Derek asked. "He was outside of Declan's school an hour ago." Penelope replied. "His school gets out in another half in hour. I have to go there, or Doyle might take his son." Derek told her. "You can't go alone." Penelope told him and he sighed. "I guess it's time to tell everyone." Derek commented. "Finally!" Penelope exclaimed. "I'll call Hotch and you tell the rest of the team." Derek told her. "Will do." Penelope agreed and she hung up.
     Derek sighed as he looked down at his phone. He pulled up Aaron's number and just looked at it for a moment. He's afraid of our his boss, and his friend, will react to keeping this from him. He took a deep breathe and dialled it. He put it up to his ear as he waited while it rang a couple of times. "Hey, Morgan." Aaron greeted. "Hey, Hotch. How's your trip?" Derek asked. "I won't call it a trip, but it's been fine." Aaron replied. "That's good, and Jack?" Derek asked. "He's fine. He's having a lot of fun with Jessica." Aaron replied and Derek nodded. "That's good." Derek agreed. "Is everything alright over there?" Aaron asked. "Yeah. I just needed to tell you something." Derek replied. "Okay." Aaron agreed and Derek sighed. "Garcia and I have been tracking down Doyle to stop him." Derek told him. "What? Are you serious?" Aaron asked. "Yes." Derek replied. "That's incredibly dangerous." Aaron told him. "I know, but that's why we haven't done anything yet. We just found him outside of Declan's school an hour ago." Derek explained and his boss sighed. "It's too late to back out of it now." Aaron commented. "I don't understand. Wouldn't you want to capture the the person who killed your girlfriend?" Derek asked. "Of course I do, but it won't bring her back." Aaron replied. "You still want crazy on the repeaer for killing Haley, and you guys weren't even together at the time." Derel commented. "I'm on my way back, I'll talk to you then." Aaron told him and hung up. Derek looked up, feeling curious.
      Penelope got the rest of the team in the round table room. "What's going on?" JJ asked as she walked in. "Do we have a case?" Spencer asked and Penelope sighed as everyone sat down. She decided to stay standing up, because she was feeling anxious. "No, but this is important. Morgan and I have been looking for Doyle and hoping to stop him." Penelope replied. "What?" JJ asked. "It's true." Penelope replied. "That's dangerous." David informed her and she nodded. "I know, but we haven't done anything yet. We just found him and that's why we thought now was the perfect time to tell everyone." Penelope told them. "I do want to take him down." Spencer agreed. "It won't bring Emily back." JJ mummbled as Derek walked in. "Funny, that's what Hotch said when I told him." Derek commented and they turned to look at him. "Weird." JJ commented and Derek nodded. "Yeah." Derek agreed.
       David and Spencer stormed into Declan's house. They held their guns up as they searched the house. "Clear!" Spencer yelled. "Get in here!" David yelled. Spencer ran into the kitchen and saw a lot of blood. He walked closer and saw the women who was taking care of Declan. She laid on the floor, covered in blood, and dead. He sighed as he put his gun away. "Declan is no where to be seen." Spencer told him. "That means Doyle has him." David commented and Soencer sighed.
      Derek was chasing Doyle on a roof. JJ was on the ground, running around the building in order to trap him. He was about to climb down the ladder, and the building, when Derek caught up to him and held his gun up to him. "Freeze!" Derek yelled and he did so. "Crap." Doyle muttered. "Slowly turn around with your hands up!" Derek instructed. Doyle sighed as he listened. "Derek Morgan. It's good to see you again." Doyle commented with a smirk and Derek just glared at him.
     JJ walked into the room that Doyle was in. "Where is he?" JJ asked. "Fine, I'll bite. I don't know." Doyle replied. "I'm not playing a game, Doyle. Where is he?" JJ asked. "I don't even know who you're talking to." Doyle replied and she rolled his eyes. Your son. Declan." JJ told him. "This isn't funny. Don't pretend something has happened to my son just to get me to talk." Doyle warned. "I'm not pretending, but you are." JJ told him and Doyle looked hurt. "You don't have him. Where the hell is he?" Doyle asked and JJ stepped back, shocked. "You don't know?" JJ asked. "Of course not." Doyle replied. "Oh no." JJ commented. "Go find my son!" Doyle yelled.
    JJ walked up to Aaron and he sighed as he put his phone down. "She's coming." Aaron told her. "What? Derek might be able to break through Doyle soon." JJ told him. "It's too late, Declan tried to make a call." Aaron told her and she sighed. "We have to tell everyone now, don't we?" JJ asked and he nodded. "Yes." Aaron replied. "They're not going to handle this very well, are they?" JJ asked and Aaron shook his head. "No, that's why we have to tell them now." Aaron replied and JJ nodded.
     Everyone, except Aaron, was in the round table room. "Doyle doesn't think Jeracy has the guts to take him on." Derek informed them. "It was definitely Jeracy on the tape." Penelope told him. Then Aaron walked in. Penelope, David, abd Spencer all sat down as the others stood up. Penelope faced the door as David and Spencer's backs were to the door. Aaron and JJ were at the front as Derek was at the back. "Welcome back." Aaron greeted. "It's good to be back. Look, seven months ago I need a decision that effected the whole team. As you know, Emily lost a lot of blood. But they were able to stabalize her and we sent her off to London where we gave her fake aliases that we had no contact with for her own protection." Aaron explained and they all looked at him shocked and confused. "She's alive?" Penelope asked. "Yes, she is." JJ replied. "But we burried her." Spencer commented with his eyebrows pushed together in unison. "If anyone has any problems, I want you to derect them towards me." Aaron told them. "Any problems? Yeah, I have problems!" Derek yelled. Aaron looked up and had a small smile on his face. Penelope looked up and gasped with tears in her eyes. Spencer and David turned around in their seats as Derek looked too and gasped. "Oh my god." Penelope commented. Emily smiled at Aaron and then looked at Derek with a frown and sighed.
