•Ashley's POV•
"Yay! Ok. We have to work on your outfit." She says as she gets off the bed."Wait what about your outfit?" I ask.
She goes to her bag and takes out a pair of black high wasted shorts, a grey long sleeve knitted crop top, and a pair of boot heels. I raise my eyebrow at her.
"How did you know I was gonna say yes?" I ask.
"Ash, I know you. You would say yes to me if I stopped bugging you. And because I'm your best friend." She says as she gives me her biggest smile.
I roll my eyes playfully at her. She goes into my closet and a few minutes later, she comes out with 3 outfits.
"Ok. So, I looked in your closet and I almost cried. You have no fashion sense. I mean, you have a bunch of leather jackets." She tells me as she puts the outfits on my bed.
"I just don't feel the need to put so much effort into the way I dress. I don't need anyone's opinion except my own." I tell her.
"Whatever. Just know, we're going shopping tomorrow."
"Nooooo!" I cry.
She smiles.
"Anyways, outfit number 1 is just a black skater skirt, navy blue crop top, and combat boots. Outfit number 2 is a pair of leggings, a grey criss cross shirt, leather jacket and white low top converse. Lastly, outfit number 3 is a black fitted dress with some black heels. Chose." She tells me.
"I think I'll just stick to outfit number 2. I don't even know where you got the skirt." I say as I reach for the leather jacket.
"Fine." She huffs. "And I snuck the skirt in because I thought you might like it. But if your gonna wear the jacket, you have to let me do your hair and make up."
"No thank you. I prefer no make up and leaving my hair in its natural state." I say as smile at her.
She rolls her eyes. I grab my outfit and go into my bathroom to change. A few minutes later, I walk out and show her how I look.
"Oh my gosh. You look cute." She fake cries.
"Thank you. You look good." I tell her.
She bows and twirls around. I laugh a little.
"Come on. We gotta go before it's late." I say as I grab my phone and car keys.
Liz grabs her phone and follows me. We go downstairs and I see my dad and brother sitting on the couch.
"Ok. We're gonna head out now." I say as we both make it down.
They both turn to us and Dylan stands up.
"Alright. We're going in my car, ok?" Dylan says.
I nod my head. My dad stands up and comes up to me.
"Be safe. Both of you. Protect each other. I love you both." He says.
He gives me a kiss on my forehead and does the same with Liz.
"I love you too dad. I'll see you later." I tell him.
"Bye Mr. Alvarez." Liz tells him.
We both walk out with Dylan in front of us. He opens the door to his car for us. I go in the front while Liz sits in the back. Dylan runs to the driver's seat and starts the car. Then, he pulls out the driveway and Liz gives him directions to the party. We get to the house and it's already packed. Sober teenagers walking in and drunks stumbling out. Dylan parks the car across the street and we all get out.
"Alright girls. Now I might not be close to guys but I'll be watching. Both of you be safe. Especially you Ashley." He points to me.
I roll my eyes and nod my head.
"Yes. I know the rules." I tell him.
He nods and we start walking towards the house. As we walk in, someone bumps into me.
"Sorry babe. Didn't see you there." They say.
You could tell that he was drunk by his breath. You could smell the alcohol a block away.
"Just watch where you're going next time." I tell him and I continue walking to the kitchen.
I walk in and see Liz with Mason and Cam.
"Hey guys. Sorry, I bumped into someone who was really drunk." I tell them.
They all nod their heads.
"It's ok. You want a drink?" Mason asks.
"Yea sure." I tell him.
He goes to make the drink then comes back and hands it to me. I drink it and it was strong. I give a sour face.
"Sorry. It's like 75% vodka and 25% cranberry." He apologizes.
"You're gonna need it to loosen you up." Liz says.
I shrug and drink little by little. Then, Liz got the idea to dance and they all agreed but I didn't feel like it. They went to the dance floor and I went in the living room where I can see them. They all dance together but then Mason got pulled away by a girl. Then, it was just Liz and Cam. As I watched them, I could see that there was some vibe going on. They kept looking at each other with love in their eyes.
Awe. Looks like Liz has crush. Looks like I'm gonna have to talk to someone after this party.
"Why aren't you out there dancing?" Someone asks.
I look to the side and see Ryan. I roll my eyes and look back at Liz.
"Didn't feel like it." I answer.
"Hmm. To be honest, I didn't think you would even show." He tells me.
I don't answer him.
"Ashley, you can't ignore me forever. You're gonna have to talk to me at some point." He tells me.
I still don't answer him. He gets in front of me and puts his hands to the sides of me.
"I know you want me Ashley. You don't got to pretend anymore." He says.
Now that we were face to face, I could smell the alcohol. I turn my head in disgust but his hand grabs my face to face him again.
"Don't look away from me. You can't tell me you're not enjoying this closeness." He whispers in my ear.
"You have a girlfriend." I tell him.
"So?" He says.
He moves down to my neck and starts to kiss my shoulder. I try budging out but I can't.
"Get. Off. Of. Me." I say.
He ignores me and continues to kiss my neck. I'm about to push him off when he suddenly gets pulled off of me. I didn't get to see who it was as they were facing Ryan.
"She said get off of her." The guy says.

A/NI wonder who the guy is?
Why is Ryan acting like this?
Is it just the drunkness?
Also, Ashley's noticed the little thing that Cam and Liz have.
