Epilogue 2 - Ye Hua 3

On their knees in Mo Yuans study, both Ye Hua and Gaogui kept their heads down as Mo Yuan ranted and raged at the both of them.  But unlike Bai Qian, he did not take kindly to cute looks or cheek, and having reached the end of his temper, both boys faced their punishment stoically.  It was the first time Gaogui had ever been punished physically and though he could handle the pain, the embarrassment was too shameful because not only did Mo Yuan whip them both, he did it in the Grand Hall in front of his Disciples.

"I told you both, that if I had to step in, you would both pay the consequences." He roared, having managed to work himself into such a state that his anger was almost erupting his Dragon.  Not even Bai Qians crying could stop him.  Because not only was he angry at the scene that met him when he lowered himself to deal with the throng of women crowding the Obelisk, but the disrespect for himself the moment he came into view instantly angered him.

Almost throwing themselves at him, demanding that he allow them entry while throwing their Tribal affiliations and ranks at him, some women were acting just too shamefully.  Though for a brief moment, having scanned the entire throng, he thought he had seen dark energy swirling around one woman who had remained apart from them all watching but not participating.

Intrigued, but not overly concerned, he had tried to force his way towards her, while expecting the ones in front to move, however they merely blocked his way with their loud demands and forthright manner until he was left with no choice but to clear them out forcefully.

Initially, he had gone down to meet with them, reason with them and even offer a time and date for interviews seeing as both boys were of marriageable age.  But that was soon wiped off his agenda when one young lady stripped herself in order to show him what she had that his son would definitely want while also flirting with him.

"Do you have no pride?" he asked the blushing young woman with her entire breasts out in full view before turning to them all.

"If your fathers, your mothers could see you now, what would they think?  You are all acting outrageously, shamelessly, immorally.  None of you are worthy of my son or brother.  Go home." he had said loud enough for every woman to hear.

And though many did turn and leave dejectedly, the ones who remained suffered the consequences.  Giving  one warning only, he waited for exactly one minute for them to turn and leave before he immediately began to empty the mountain without mercy on those who refused to move, while leaving the half naked girl bound and behind a barrier, having decided to leave her for last.

Once he had finished scouting for any more stragglers, he had then returned to the top of the mountain to deal with his brother and son, while leaving her there.  Though no one could see or hear her, she could see and hear everyone that came and went.  And for three days and nights, he had left her standing in the low valleys crying and ashamed of herself, before she too joined the others in the Mortal Realm to face even harsher lessons on decorum and propriety.

Now in the Grand Hall standing and facing away from him he ordered them both to bend down and take hold of their ankles.  Then to the horror of his Disciples and Bai Qian who was weeping uncontrollably, he whipped them.

  Twenty lashes each was their punishment, but the humiliation far outweighed the pain and not only were his Disciples present for it having never witnessed their Shifu punish anyone physically, but so was Zhe Yan and Di Jun who merely reclined on his side as if the scene was nothing more than one of Mo Yuans boring history lessons.

Once done, Mo Yuan turned on both boys with a thorough scolding before grounding them for three months.  It was the harshest punishment he had ever handed out, and regardless of the meeting they were meant to attend, he instead cancelled it before kicking them out of his Hall where they were then sent to the low valleys to clean up the mess the girls had made.
