SYSTEM REBOOTING
ALL SYSTEMS FUNCTIONALConnor opened his eyes once he felt himself start up again. Once he saw the ceiling, he knew he was in his "room". Connor wanted to get up and check to see if everything was working, but he couldn't. He could open his eyes, but he couldn't move.
What did Y/N...
The next thing that happened shocked Connor, causing him to blink erratically. What flashed in front of him was a white ceiling, too pale and white to be in Y/N's house. It was for less than a second and almost immediately after that, Connor was able to move.
His body shot upwards into a sitting up position. The sudden movement caused Connor's head to reel, he didn't know what was happening. I thought Y/N said I'd wake up feeling like nothing happened... Connor rubbed his right temple but stopped once he felt his LED.
"She put it back on," Connor mumbled to himself and left his temple alone. He looked down at where he was. He was on his so called 'bed', what was odd though is that he had a blanket over his legs. He didn't do that, Y/N certainly did.
Sighing, Connor took the blanket off and his legs returned to a normal temperature. His dark eyes trailed to the door leading to the living room. He saw nothing out of the ordinary. He also didn't see anyone. Where was Y/N? Was she even aware he had 'woken' up?
Connor shook his head and slowly got up from the bed. Everything seemed to be normal until a warning flashed in front of his sight and he tumbled over back onto the bed.
INTERNAL TEMPERATURE: 100.4 ° F (38.0 °C)
Why is my internal temperature rising? Nothings wrong... Connor's brows furrowed as he thought of it. His vision was fine, everything was clear, he could analyse things just fine. His hearing was fine as well, he could hear everything well enough. Maybe his body was a bit disoriented but he figured it was because of him just waking up.
|| RUN A DIAGNOSTIC ||
RUNNING SYSTEM DIAGNOSTIC...
SYSTEMS ARE 100% PERCENT OPERATIONAL.
Then why... Connor barely finished that thought once something else flashed in front of him. For a brief moment, he could see white again. Just white. Until a blue triangle showed up and once Connor landed his eyes on it, he was brought back to reality.
"What did she do?" Connor whispered and forced himself to get up from the bed. This time, he didn't fall backwards he was able to walk. For a few seconds, Connor tested out his motor skills. He stretched his fingers, arms and legs. He even pretended to have a coin between his fingers and do the finger motions. Everything was fine now.
He stood still and waited for another flash to come. Nothing came. He waited a few more minutes.
Nothing came.
Connor softly clicked his tongue in confusion. He had run a diagnostic, there was nothing wrong with any of his systems. They were all operating yet he was certain there was something wrong.
I'll need to ask her myself, Connor narrowed his eyes just slightly and walked out of his room. He entered the living room and looked around for Y/N. He would've thought she was going to be at her studio, but she wasn't. Connor caught her on the couch.
