jenna woke up saturday morning with not a single person in the house but her. it was odd, ever since the black family moved to ohio, the mother and father would always leave on weekends.

she didn't mind though, not at all. she threw her sandy blond hair into a ponytail. her boy short underwear was covered by a large black sweater.

quickly, the girl turned on some music and began cleaning. she started downstairs in the kitchen, up to her bedroom at the very end of the hallway upstairs.

it was just like how it looked before they moved in, when she was convinced her parents were changing.

she noticed some of the songs she played from the radio were the ones tyler showed her after breakfast yesterday morning.

she stayed around with him longer than she thought she would. tyler had a great sense of humor and the way he'd talk just enchanted jenna.

he still didn't have her name though.

jenna snapped out of whatever daze she'd just gone into when she heard a knock on the tall front door.

she quickly ran down the stairs, pulling her sweater down a bit to cover more of her legs, and opened the door.

standing on the porch was a little brunette girl with a girl scouts vest on, a wagon of cookies, and her big brother and his friend standing behind her.

"oh. tyler, josh. hey." jenna waved nervously. josh waved while tyler did the same with a big smile of his face.

"hi, i'm maddy! would you like to buy any girl scout cookies?" she said enthusiastically. tyler and josh could help but chuckle a bit.

"of course, i'll be right back. let me grab my wallet." jenna said with a smile on her face. she left the door open a bit while she ran for her wallet.

tyler watched her sweater rise up a little bit right before her ass. josh punched him in the shoulder.

jenna came back within a short minutes and began ordering her cookies. a box of each, cause why not? she thanked the little girl.

"hey, josh. you keep going with maddy, i'll meet you back in a second." tyler said, nudging josh's pale arms.

"whatever." josh said, shrugging and continuing on with the wagon.

jenna smiled at the boy a little bit. jenna definitely looked like she belonged in that house. it was clean and the furniture was pretty, at least it was now.

"what are you up to?" tyler asked, leaning against the doorframe. jenna giggled a bit at his attempt to be cool.

"nothing much. just finishing up some cleaning." she smiled awkwardly. not because tyler was awkward, just the family part of it all.

she examined tyler's black jeans and his white long sleeve shirt. he was pretty cute.

"well i wanted to ask, i have a game coming up tomorrow. would you want to go?" he asked, scratching the back of his neck.

jenna's face lit up a little. "yeah, sure." she nodded, looking to tyler who's smile grew.

"i'll see you there." tyler grinned, walking away with a skip in his step.

"wait, tyler!" jenna called. the cocoa haired boy quickly turned around.

"jenna." she said. tyler was confused.

"huh?" his eyes squinted while he waited for her to repeat.

"my name's jenna." she smiled, waving him off and closing the door.

her name is jenna. tyler's heart was full.
