today tyler locker himself in the studio. the air conditioning blasted through every square inch of the building, it was nearing pitch black, it would have been if the computer light hadn't been shining so bright.

he clicked on the song file he'd been working on for weeks, just this last one, and blurryface would be complete.

he thought about jenna. her long blonde hair and shining turquoise eyes. she was perfect, down to her suntanned skin and sweet cheek dimples.

there weren't words to describe jenna. lovely, perfect, extravagant, they all seemed to minuscule for her.

tyler let a harmony slip through hums. something upbeat and sweet, something that screamed jenna. he thought about the story she told when they first met back up.

-vessel era 2013-

jenna laughed on the couch with her three friends. she sat in between tyler and memmie while they all cackled like maniacs.

"remember when ty broke his leg? i remember you fell asleep my car, i drove the whole time while i was so damn tired." she giggled midway through her story. "i'm surprised you didn't wake up to me swerving potholes and cursing at the government." she continued laughing.

tyler's eyes just marveled at the girl. the way she threw her head back in contagious laughter, her giggles were melodic.

"jenna, you were quite the driver." he laughed back recalling all the times they could've died in her car from her horrendous driving.

"oh shut up, i was an amazing driver." she couldn't help but laugh at herself.

this was everything tyler could have asked for. his three best friends sitting around just like they used to in jenna's house, laughing their asses off.

-end-

tyler felt the ghost of a smile on his lips. he felt extra in love tonight. he missed jenna's warm skin pressed up against him, he missed having her in his arms. it'd only been two days since they were face to face.

finally, words flowed through his bridge of melodies. "you fell asleep in my, car i drove the whole time, da da da..." he trailed off, trying to find words that fit in.

he couldn't wait to show her.
