jenna day dreamed in the back of her english class. she counted down the last few minutes. the blonde wanted to hang out with tyler but she found out he was ditching his third period history class to hang out with her.
she sighed, packing her things back up into her cotton candy pink backpack.
"remember everyone, homecoming is right around the corner!" the older woman with the graying brown hair spoke.
jenna scoffed with a small laugh to herself. dances were not her thing. especially after the part a couple weeks back, anything regarding a party was a no-go. nobody was going to ask her anyway.
jenna swung the bag over her shoulder and began the walk out to her car. her blonde hair was braided back today and she simply wore a pair of black jeans and a white t-shirt.
"hey! wait up!" a voice called. most of the time that would be coming from tyler but the voice sounded far too feminine.
jenna turned around. a slim figure with golden brown hair. her face was near perfect, that was intimidating.
"uh, hi?" jenna cocked an eyebrow at the girl.
"hi, i'm debby. you're tyler's girlfriend, right?" she asked with a smile on her flawless face. jenna's eyes widened.
"no, we're not together. how do you know tyler?" jenna's suspicions only grew. debby's smile grew.
"oh, tyler's best friends with josh. i'm seeing josh right now. but, i was thinking we should all go to homecoming together, like a double date!" the brunette said ecstatically.
"sorry, dances aren't my thing." jenna muttered quickly before turning around and heading to her little white car.
the blonde almost felt bad for pushing past debby.
she needed to talk to josh. there was no way josh had moved on from memmie that quick. he was so in love, let alone so heart broken when she left.
yeah, this wasn't right.
