*Misty's Pov*
i woke up alone this morning, i rolled over on my side and checked my phone. nothing. he hasn't even texted or anything. i know he said he wanted to give me time but man i've been with this kid for three years, dont i deserve a text at least? i got out of bed and started packing some of his things.
i dont know where he's at but im gonna find him eventually. maybe we can talk things out. maybe i was overreacting. i mean it was his birthday afterall and who cares if lauren was there right? no im not overreacting because he kissed her at the bar. i finish packing his things and text my friend lexi to help me find him.
she comes over and helps me move the bags to the car. "i don't know where he is, he hasn't texted me." i tell lexi. she shrugs. before we pull off i get a text from an unknown number. he's at my house, 1122 haven st. i show lexi and she gives me a weird look. i drive off and it says the house is 20 minutes away from mine. why would he drive that far? lexi and i make small talk on the way there. "sorry i couldn't make it to matt's surprise party." she says. "its okay, it was a disaster anyways." i say.
we finally pull up to the house and of course matts car is parked outside. lexi and i walk up to the door and realize its open a little. "should we go in?" she ask. i nod my head. we open the door and walk in. we are greeted with a pleasant sight. matt and lauren are making out on the couch. "i think we should just go." i whisper to lexi. she shakes her head. "hell no, we finna fuck this bitch up. she texted you that shit so you could walk in on this dumb bitch making out with your man! i'll handle her, you handle YOUR man!" she says loudly.
we walk over to them and lexi immediately grabs lauren and starts beating her ass. matt stands up super fast and tries to explain himself. "misty its not what it looks like." i can feel the tears burning my eyes. "its fine matt. i see where our relationship stands. after three years of going through everything with you, i see where we stand. now if you will excuse me, i have to go handle some things. " i drop his bags i packed and grab lexi off of lauren.
we walk out the door and into my car. i burst into tears and rest my head on the steering wheel. "im
sorry misty." lexi says while rubbing my back. i continue to cry. "at least i beat her ass for you!" she exclaims. i crack a smile a little and lift my head up
off the steering wheel. i wipe my tears and give her a hug. "she's definitely pressing charges but ill bail you out." i say. we begin to laugh. i pull out of laurens driveway and make my way to my house.
i pull into my driveway and hop out. lexi and i say our final goodbyes and she leaves. i walk to my front door and see that it's unlocked. i could have sworn i locked my door. i walk in and hear noises upstairs. i pull out my mace and slowly walk up there. i can hear that it's coming from my room. i slowly open the door and see that its matt. he turns around and sees me. "you nearly gave me a heart attack matt. what are you doing here?!" i say. he walks up to me.
"we really need to talk." he says. he grabs my hand and walks us over to the bed. we sit down and he looks me in my eyes. "misty, im so sorry for everything. these three years have been amazing with you and i dont want you to think that it was a waste of your time. im so in love with you and i will forever be in love with you. i made a stupid mistake when we took a break and unfortunately it followed me and i made that mistake again. but i promise im done with her and want nothing to do with her. im for you and i only want you." he says.
this time i didn't cry. i have no tears left to cry. i nod my head. "i forgive you matt, but you have to prove to me that im all you want." i say. he gives me a smirk. i already knew what that meant. his brown eyes turned super dark. he laid me back on the bed and pulled my pants off. he unzipped his jeans and pulled his boxers down. he took no time for foreplay and instantly slammed into me. i arch my back in pleasure. he starts going faster and harder and i was enjoying every second of this.
