Chapter 17: Gala!

Tinititigan ko lang si Shaina habang nagk-kwento siya sa’min ni Andrew, “I know nakaka-turn off ‘yung nakaraan ko but.. I hope it won’t change how you feel, Nash..” mahinang sabi ni Shaina.

I gently carressed her face, “Are you crazy? Walang nakaka-turn off sa nakaraan mo, ang astig nga eh! At least I feel safer, the one I love can protect herself, you’re a queen, and if I can’t protect my queen, the queen protects the king, right?” I said and winked at her.

She blushed, “Hay nako! Naiinggit ako sa inyong dalawa!” biglang sabi ni Andrew na nasa tabi ko, natawa na lang kami ni Shaina.

“Eh kasi, magseryoso na!” sabi naman ni Shaina sabay hampas sa balikat nito, “Aray ko bhe! Hahahaha, ‘wag ganun, baka makalas ako” tumatawang sabi ni Andrew.

“Hoy, maka-bhe ka dyan ah” sabi ko sabay tayo tapos akbay kay Shaina, natawa naman si Andrew sa reaksyon ko, “G*go! Hahaha, masyado kang seloso, staahpppeett” natatawang sabi ni Andrew.

“OMG, bakla ka ba?” tanong ni Shaina na kina-halakhak ko, binatukan ni Andrew si Shaina, “Baliw! Para namang ‘di ka na nasanay sa’kin, hahaha!” sabi ni Andrew, tapos bigla siyang tumayo sabay nagpa-cool na pose.

“Alam na alam mong straight na straight ako” sabi niya sabat kindat sa isang babae, nagtititili naman ‘yung babae sabay hampas at sabunot sa katabi nito.

“Baliw ‘to! Nadamay pa tuloy ‘yung katabi ni ateng” tumatawang sabi ni Shaina matapos tignan ang direksyon kung saan kumindat si Andrew, “Hahaha! Ako pa, ang galing ko eh” sabi naman nito sabay pogi sign.

“Okay, Nash, back to your seat,” sabi niya kaya bumalik ako sa upuan ko, “I’ll continue my story telling” she finished, smiling.

They all started to charge against me, each of them falling down as they’re ready to face me, my moves were quick as I hit them on their backs with my hands, some of them fell because of my kicks.

“Holy sh*t! Ang tibay ng isang ‘to! Ni hindi kumikilos mga kakampi niya!” natatakot na sabi ng isang lalaki, I smiled and walked towards him, I saw how much he shivered as fear registered in his eyes.

I hit him in the face and then I jumped to go to his back and I elbowed him on the spine, I know, I was ruthless.

And after minutes, their leader was the only one left standing, I’m actually amazed he stayed, kasi usually, kapag ganitong mag-isa na lang sila, tumatakbo na sila at nagsu-surrender na, pero iba ito.

“Come on, attack me” he said, full of confidence, but I knew better, I went and charged at him, faking a stance, he evaded, going to the right side, which I expected.

I quickly changed my direction and went just behind him to get in a kick which easily made him fly against the wall, we heard a loud crash to the direction he flew to.

But, he was still standing, like nothing happened to him at all, he rushed to me, his moves were lightning fast, I could barely see if he was punching me or kicking me, all I know is that a little bit more and I would be hit by his attacks.

“Ang galing mo” he whispered, ewan ko ba dito, tama ba namang purihin ang kalaban?

And then I felt it, I was hit by his kick, on my side, “Just let me say this, I’ve had fights, I’m a black belter and I can use samurais and even kendo, you can’t beat me, you don’t even know the rules” he said.
