Andy's pov

I woke up without my mum yelling at me to get up, that's a first. I got out of bed, I was still wearing the same clothes as yesterday so I had to change them. I got changed into a pink hoodie that's too big for me and some black joggers. I walked downstairs and my mum was not there. I walked over to the shelf to get a glass when I saw a letter, it said.

Hey Andy, I have gone to an early shift at work so make sure you eat lots for breakfast because you didn't eat anything yesterday, love you lots mum xx

I laughed at what she said, I got a glass of water and drank that whilst walking upstairs to get to my homework which I did yesterday, and put it into my bag. I then walked into the bathroom, brush my hair and teeth, and walked out and into my bedroom.

I get my bag and walked downstairs and left the house on an empty stomach, sorry mum. It was pretty early so there weren't many people there. I just walked to my first class and sat down at my usual spot and waited half an hour for people to get here. Once everybody was here, including Harvey, the teacher took the roll.

Then I heard the door open and I looked up, the principal came in with... Rye. I looked down when he saw me. "Hello everyone this is our new student, tell them about yourself," Mr. Duff said. "Okay well my name is Ryan, I'm 17 and I like sports and music," He said. Mr. Duff told him to sit next to Harvey, great so now I thought he would be my friend but he won't wanna be now, he will probably start beating me.

Harvey smiled at me and started talking to Rye, all the girls were looking at him with heart eyes, it was gross. The class went on for what felt like hours. I was just looking at Rye, he looked so good, like a way too good, like model good. "Andy" I heard snapping me out of my trance. I looked and it was the teacher, he asked me a question, Rye was looking at me worried and Harvey was looking at me with disgust.

"Y-Yeah" I stuttered, great. "Please go and have some air, come back when you are ready to listen," said Mr. Dot, fuck. I grabbed my things and quickly rushed out of the class and walked out to the field. I threw my stuff onto the ground and went running around the field as I had not done any exercise.

I was running around and around, I did 5 laps before the bell rang and kids started swarming out to go to the café. I grabbed my things and made my way there. I didn't bother grabbing food because I wasn't going to eat it anyway. I then sat at the back of the café just staring at my legs and how fat they were through my pants.

"Hey" I heard and looked up, I saw Rye. "hi" I answered coldly and looked away. "Can I sit here?" He asked, "I'm not gonna stop you," I said still looking away as he sat down. "Is something bothering you Andy because you seem off" Rye asked. I didn't want him to ask so many questions because I was fine, right?.

"Look, your new, and I get it but I'm not anybody's friend and I never have been, don't ask questions you don't wanna know the answers to" I snapped and looked at him. He looked kind of sad but a little confused. "Oh, okay then see ya," he said and got up and walked over to Harvey's table and they started talking and laughing.

After school I started walking home, I was halfway home when I saw Rye and the most popular girl at my school sitting and talking on a bench. Her name is Ariana. I sigh and crossed the road and carried on walking until I got to my house. I got in and my mum was sitting and watching some tv. "Hey honey" She smiled and I hummed and walked upstairs. Once I got into my bedroom, I put my bag down and started doing exercise on my fluffy rug.

I was too fat and I know that because Rye has been at school, for 1 day and he already has friends and can talk to girls. But for me girls run away and nobody ever wants to be friends and if they do then they end up hurting me in some way so I didn't want anybody else doing that to me so I made Rye not like me.

I was doing star jumps and so many of them. I was so tired but I needed to lose some weight. You could only see 3 of my rips. I had taken my shirt off when I started to I could see what I needed to work on. I looked in the mirror and all I saw was fat, all over me.

I went back to doing them and I looked out my window and I saw Rye looking at me through his window and he was smiling at me and waved. I got scared, what if he saw how fat I was and tells my mother I have a problem, I ran and closed the curtains, I then lay on my bed letting stupid little tears fall down my cheeks. There was no point in doing any of this because I'm just going to stay fat no matter how hard I work. I cried for at least an hour.

"Andy dinner!" I heard but I wasn't hungry. "I'm going homework mum" I yelled out to her. I wasn't lying, I was going to do homework. It was super hard to but I did it anyway.

All night I kept thinking what if Rye saw my fat so all night I didn't sleep and kept doing exercise. I was so tired but I kept going because I'm not weak. Am I?
