Clem's view
Clem: Y/N NOOO!!!
You see his body smash against the water as you break down.
Jack: he's alright... right? Please please please be ok.
AJ: If my gun didn't jam he might have survived.
Clem: no this isn't your fault.
Thoughts rush round your head.
Clem: LOUIS!!!
You walk over to the babbling Louis and yank the shotgun out of his hand. You cock it for him.
Clem: SEE NOT THAT FUCKING DIFFICULT! IF YOU'D USED IT AND NOT SIT THERE LIKE A BITCH WE MIGHT HAVE DONE SOMETHING!
Louis looks down in shame and doesn't speak. You walk back over to the bridge and sit next to scout. He begins howling for about a minute and lays down on the edge and you hear him whimpering lightly.
Tenn: Clem..
Clem: he saved your life and you watched him fall so don't you dare start about it being no ones fault.
Tenn looks away.
AJ: he's strong I'm sure he's fine.
Clem: I hope so...
You sit down next to scout who is crying.
You go to stroke his leg but remember he doesn't let people stroke him. He keeps whimpering so you do it anyway. He shoots up and comes face to face with you. He plops his head in your lap and lies down.
You stroke his head.
Jack: Clem we need to move.
You look around as walkers close in. You try to lift scouts head up but he refuses to move.
You drag yourself out from under him. You look at Y/N's bag and open it. It has 3 pistols in it and a lot of ammo. You throw one at AJ and jack and they catch it.
You pick yours up and throw the bag onto your shoulder.
Louis: over here.
You limp over to him and use Y/N's axe as support.
Clem: scout we've got to move.
Scout begins howling again and flops his head down.
Clem: let's go.
Jack: are we leaving him?
Clem: that dog has been through a few hordes unscathed I'm sure he'll be fine.
Louis: me and tenn will get over and help you down.
Louis and tenn climb over and the walkers begin trapping you.
Louis: we need to go!
You roll your eyes.
Jack: just go we'll find a way around.
