chapitre treize.

minho.

minho looked toward the door, as he heard the lock turn, signaling that someone was opening it. he waited for the person, supposing that it was jisung, with a frown.

he was worried about jeongin, and the fact that hyunjin brought someone here, while he was really injured and tired annoyed him, even though it was his house.

"jinnie i'm here- oh." he cut himself, and stopped smiling, as his gaze traveled from hyunjin to everyone in the room. "i mean, everyone, i'm here."

his gaze landed last on minho, and for some reason he didn't look away immediately. minho couldn't stop staring at him either.

"hey, jisung." hyunjin sighed, causing both boys to break the eye contact. "before you ask questions, know that i don't have a clue either."

"what do you mean ? who's everyone ? i mean, no offense, i'm just asking."

"i don't know. yesterday, i brought home the one who's almost sleeping, cause he was injured, and fainted outside my house, and healed him. today, the other three came, and apparently they're friend, and he," he pointed at minho, "is his mom."

minho glared at him. "keep on pissing me off with that and i'll drink all your blood."

jeongin jumped awake, when he heard that, and he elbowed his friend. "hyung !"

jisung, however, laughed, not thinking for a second that it could be true.

"hope you like the type b, then." hyunjin rolled his eyes.

minho clacked his tongue, then looked intensely at hyunjin, making him shiver slightly. "it's my favorite."

"hyung !" seungmin widened his eyes.

minho looked at him, then pursed his lips. "fine, i'll stop now."

jisung cleared his throat. "i'm starting to think that it was the wrong moment to come."

hyunjin quickly got up, after those words. "everyone, just drink the juice, i'll take jisung's bags to my room."

"your room ?" jisung rose a brow.

"yeah. jeongin's gonna stay for a while, i think, and he needs the second room."

"okay, then. you can take both bags, right ?" the squirrel-looking boy smiled brightly. "i'll just go sit with the others."

hyunjin rolled his eyes. "sure." and with this single word, he took jisung's bags and dashed out of the room.

jisung took his place, for the sole reason that it was directly across from minho.

"so why don't you guys explain the situation to us ?"

each of them took a glass of juice, and started drinking it. surprisingly, the vampires liked it.

"it's not something that should be explained." chan answered.

"and why not ? i mean, i don't know what's happening, but it's still weird. like, an injured boy fainting outside, and his three friends showing the day after ? besides, why isn't jeongin living with one of you, if you're friend ? isn't it careless to leave him with a stranger ?"

"is hyunjin's plan to hurt him ?" minho asked immediately.

"no, but you don't know that. hyunjin's a stranger to you, how are you sure your friend is safe ?"

"i know it all sounds dumb and weird," chan started, "but it's really complicated, and... personal ? i don't know if we'll be able to explain, one day, but what's sure is that now, we can't."

"alright, i understand." he shrugged, then he smiled, and turned to minho. "i'll be sure to take good care of your son !"

"bitch, you better." he answered.

jisung laughed, and looked at seungmin, who was on the seat beside him. "is he always like this ?"

"he can be worst. he's actually nice only around jeongin."

jisung tilted his head. "he must really like him."

"what do you mean, i'd die for him !" minho exclaimed, wanting to make his love for his 'son' clear for everyone.

seungmin sighed. "i can confirm that. we almost died last night."

jisung raised a brow. "i suppose y'all won't tell me the reason ?"

"basically," minho started, "his uncle tried to kill him, and seungmin and i were there, but we couldn't do anything, but we almost did, and he saw us, so we're likely to be killed in the next few days."

"are you seriously telling him ?" seungmin asked.

"no, i summed up a bit, that's all."

"you also made it even more confusing. why would his uncle kill him ? and why would he kill you ? who is he to you ?"

"oh !" chan chimed in. "minho, seungmin, we have to get back quickly !" he exclaimed, waking jeongin up, who had lightly fell asleep.

"what time is it ?" seungmin asked.

"it's five pm."

seungmin got up. "we must hurry."

jeongin turned to minho. "will you come again ?"

minho cupped his cheeks. "of course we'll come again, baby. unless we die."

"yah." jeongin hit his shoulder. "you're not allowed to die."

minho smiled. "i was joking. i will never leave you behind."

jeongin smiled, then hugged him tightly. "thank you, hyung."

"for what." minho answered.

then jeongin went to chan. "see you too, father figure ?" he smiled brightly.

"of course, son figure."

then jeongin hugged him too.

"i can't believe he told me to stop adopting, and he's acting like my husband." minho commented, and chan hit his head, after he let go of jeongin, who went to seungmin.

"see you, minnie hyung."

seungmin smiled fondly at the younger. "see you, innie."

and they hugged as well, before the three of them left.

i feel like the chapters are becoming more and more boring, i don't know why aksksk T^T

also i know there's not a lot of things happening at the moment, but i'll try to get into the (shitty written) action soon. ^^
