(Kyu: Hello everybody! This chapter we're finally gonna use the Gamer system more! I hope you all enjoy and that you are having a great day!)
[Kyu's POV]
I had just accepted the quest and went over the details quickly.
[QUEST CREATED: "Its Elementary, Watson."]
You've been attacked by two girls in the same day, it's up to you to investigate why this is happening to you.
Rewards: 75 EXP, Uncommon Item.
Failure: Possible Death, Tristen is kidnapped. It was hard to believe that Tristen would get kidnapped, I mean he's the strongest person I know. But if it was going to happen, I had to stop it! Although... I stared at the "Possible Death" part of the quest... That made the color drain out of my face rather quickly. But I accepted it and closed the screen showing the details of my quest.
I thought about where I should start investigating, I thought that following the girl who threw me out of a building would be a good place to start. I continued on my way to my class, I had assumed that she would still be there, I opened the door quietly until I could see through the gap in the doorway, and looked through the group of students, through a gap in a particular group of students I recognized her green streak. I closed the door and leaned against the wall, I had to think of my plan.
After thinking for about two more minutes I came up with nothing, I slid the door open again and looked at the attempted murderer, the group of students had moved so I was able to completely see her, I stared intensely at her care free face, I mean she just tried to kill someone! How could somebody be so calm! Anyway, after staring for a few more seconds my thoughts were interrupted by a "Ding!" sound, out of instinct I shushed the noise when I realized a blue holographic screen had appeared next to me.
I face palmed when I realized I just shushed a noise that no one had heard, and that they might've heard me shush nothing and now they know I'm here. I looked back through the gap in the doorway and luckily everyone was talking too loudly for her to have noticed anything, so given this time I turned my attention to the floating screen and started to read.
[NEW SKILL ALERT: "Observe"]
[Due to the constant observation of your surroundings, you have unlocked Observe]
{This skill allows you to gain information on your target. Once activated you may read information on the person you have Observed.}I stared at the holographic screen and silently cheered. This was the first skill that I had ever unlocked!
I decided to put my new skill to use right away, I stared at the blonde girl and tensed my eyes... That did nothing, I realized that the skill description didn't tell me how to activate it. I face palmed and tried a few different ways, such as concentrating and just paying attention to every detail about her, I was surprised that she could throw me out of a window considering that she didn't have very muscular arms. I tried one last time to activate my new skill.
"Observe" I mumbled to myself, luckily for me this worked and a holographic screen appeared in my line of sight.
[Eiko]
HP: {175/175}It seemed as if I couldn't get much information, I thought for a moment and realized that I had to level up Observe to get more information, so I opened my skills list to see how many times I needed to use Observe before it leveled up.
[SKILL LIST]
{Gamer's Mind} Lvl. MAX
{Gamer's Body} Lvl. MAX
