(Third Person POV)
It was a new day in Japan, and a familiar brunette was walking to school on his own for the first time in a while. He walked onto the bridge that lead to Kuoh Academy, when suddenly, he felt a sharp pain in his left arm. That pain notified him of a strong presence nearby.
There was one person who stood out to Issei, it was a young man light with silver hair and hazel eyes. He was wearing a dark green V-neck shirt with a high-collared black leather jacket over it. He wore burgundy jeans with a silver chain drooping down over them and black leather chaps with three bands encircling his right calf, and black shoes with black buckles. He was leaning against the entrance to Kuoh Academy.
Issei: "Who's that?" He asked himself.
The young man walked onto the bridge and stared at Issei.
???: "This is the second time we've met here. Welsh Dragon, Red Dragon Emperor, Issei Hyoudou..." He told the brunette as he leaned against the railing of the bridge.
???: "I am Vali, White Dragon Emperor... The Vanishing Dragon." He revealed.
Issei: "You...?" He asked.
Issei held his left wrist as another twang of pain shot through his arm, once he focused back on the situation, he realized that Vali was pointing his index finger in between his eyes.
Vali: "You're so vulnerable." He pointed out.
Vali: "If I were to use magic on you now..." He stopped his sentence, but Issei got the point.
Kyu: "I know, I've tried to teach him that, but he's kind of dumb." He said. The boy had walked onto the bridge while Koneko walked beside him.
Vali: "Hello." He greeted the boy.
Kyu: "Yo." He greeted the teenager with a wave of his hand.
Kyu: "Name's Kyu D. Ichiki. Nice to meet you, Vali." He held his hand out for Vali to shake.
Vali looked at the boy and hesitated for a moment before shaking Kyu's hand.
Vali: "Weren't you the one who died from Kokabiel?" He asked.
Kyu: "Mhm!" He confirmed.
Kyu held his left hand up and snapped his fingers. Suddenly, Yuuto and Xenovia appeared on either side of Vali with their swords drawn and next to either side of his neck.
Kyu: "Good Lord, you guys need to remember about non-supernatural society." He scolded them, the boy had put up an Instant Dungeon just before the two knights appeared. They could enter because they were on Kyu's Friend List.
Kyu: "Sorry about this, Vali-san. They feel kinda threatened by you." He apologized to the Vanishing Dragon.
Vali: "It's understandable. But if they're threatened, why aren't you?" He asked.
Kyu: "Because you're a candidate for becoming a new friend!" He explained with a grin on his face.
Vali: "...You're weird." He deduced.
Kyu: "Yep!" He agreed with no hesitation.
Vali: "Could you two back up? If you guys couldn't beat someone like Kokabiel, you can't beat me." He told the two knights.
Kyu: "It's fine, guys." He told them and the knights lowered their blades.
Asia ran onto the bridge and began checking on Issei.
The two knights dismissed their weapons and they walked over to Issei and Asia. Kyu stood in front of the group with a smile on his face as he looked at the White Dragon Emperor.
