Part #52. Samael (Part #1)

Issei: "Okay! It's time to go!" He said excitedly.

Kyu: "Calm down. You still need to go to like... three different places before the test." He pointed out.

Akeno: "He has a point." She said.

The Gremory Team was currently standing in the lounge in front of a large red magic circle with the Gremory crest on it.

Kyu: "Good luck you guys." He told them.

Akeno: "Hm? Seems kind of weird to say that right now." She pointed out.

Kyu: "Well, I'm not really going to the underworld right now." He said.

Issei: "What? Why not?" He asked.

Kyu: "I've got some business to attend to." He answered somewhat vaguely.

Yuuto: "What business?" He asked.

Kyu: "Stuff." He replied with a grin.

Kyu stepped towards Akeno and whispered something in her ear before kissing her cheek.

Kyu: "Good luck." He told her.

Akeno: "Thanks." She nodded determinedly.

Kyu: "See you guys later." He told them all before he vanished.

The Gremory Team entered the magic circle and teleported away. The members of the Khaos Brigade teleported soon after to head to the underworld as well.

In an area filled with a ground made of white, fluffy clouds with rays of golden light pouring down from even further above, a yellow magic circle appeared before Kyu walked out of it.

Kyu: "Ugh. Too bright." He shielded his eyes.

???: "Heaven is too bright for an angel... ah, the irony." A voice said.

Kyu: "Oh, hey Mori-san." He greeted the Buddha. Mori was currently wearing a pair of loose jeans, a white t-shirt and a red hoodie tied around his waist along with a pair of red boots.

Mori: "Sup." He greeted the boy.

Kyu blinked a few times and his eyes adjusted to the brightness of Heaven.

Kyu: "Wutcha doin' here?" He asked.

Mori: "I'm here to support my l'il buddy." He said with a grin.

Kyu: "Thanks big buddy." He grinned back.

The two spiky-haired individuals walked down a golden path towards a large city made of mostly gold and marble.

Kyu: "So. This is Heaven, huh?" He asked.

Mori: "One of the floors of it, yes." He stated.

Kyu: "Neat." He said.

The two continued on until they reached the entrance of the city. Which was highlighted by two large golden pillars. Kyu placed his hand on the right one and looked up.

Kyu: "Our pillars are better." He said, referring to Yeoui.

Mori: "Heheh. Yep." He nodded.

Kyu: "So..." He said as the two continued walking.

Mori: "Yeah?" He asked,

Kyu: "Does Heaven have free wi-fi?" He asked.

Mori: "...No. And it sucks." He said.
