Part #44. A Weird Show.

Mori: "I believe that to resolve this issue, they need to talk. So, do you have any ideas?" He asked the boy.

Kyu: "I mean... theoretically, if I could try and make an area around the two and use up all of my Haki at once to make a kinda-sorta advanced application, I might be able to form a link between the two." He held his chin while thinking.

Mori: "Sure, let's go with that." He said.

Kyu held his hands up and a large blue dome formed around him before rapidly expanding to cover Kunou, Yasaka, Mori, along with himself.

Kyu: "Okay, I'm probably going to fall down after this." He informed the Stone Monkey.

Mori: "That's unfortunate." He stated.

Kyu: "Yep." He agreed.

The boy closed his eyes and inhaled. The blue dome of mana turned red, back to blue, and then settling on a light purple.

Mori: "Little lady, try speakin' to your mom." He told Kunou.

The girl nodded and stared up at the large fox's face.

Kunou: "Mother. Mother. Can you hear me? Please turn back to normal. I won't ask selfish things anymore. So, please, turn back into the mother I know." She pleaded tearfully.

The large fox's eyes opened and stared at the young girl.

Kunou: "Mother! Kunou is right here! Kunou will become a good girl! Kunou wishes to walk the streets of Kyoto with Mother once again!" She said while tears fell down her face. She buried her face into the fox's fur, and a moment after, the large creature began glowing a bright blue.

The fox had disappeared, and Princess Yasaka was sitting on the ground with her eyes closed.

Issei: "All right!" He cheered.

Yasaka: "Where am I...?" She asked quietly.

Kyu: "Okay, welp... Issei-senpai, can you please carry me back to the hotel? Thanks." He asked the brunette before he tilted backwards before falling onto his back. Kyu had fallen asleep.

The dome disappeared and Kunou ran to Yasaka.

Kunou: "Mother! Mother!" She yelled before tackling Yasaka.

Kunou's mother hugged back and tried calming Kunou down by stroking the back of her hair.

Yasaka: "As usual, you are such a crybaby." She told Kunou with a small smile on her face.

The members of the ORC climbed out of the crater and looked upon the sight of the two family members embracing.

(The next day)

The group gathered at Kyoto station as they were going back to Kuoh today. They gathered in front of Yasaka, Serafall, and Kunou.

Yasaka: "Sir Azazel. Red Dragon Emperor. As well as all the members of the Gremory family. You have truly helped us greatly, I thank you." She said before looking to Serafall.

Yasaka: "After this, I plan to meet with the Great Victorious Fighting Buddha and Lady Leviathan. I wish to cooperate with everyone so that Kyoto will never again be in the grips of terror by such people." She stated.

Azazel: "Yeah. We look forward to it, Great Leader." He said as he held his hand out.

Yasaka grabbed Azazel's hand with her own and Serafall placed her hand on the two's handshake.
