Kyu's golden pupils slowly met with the ceiling as his eye lids drowsily opened. He blinked twice before he fully woke up.

The boy sat up and looked around, he didn't see Koneko anywhere, but he felt a familiar feeling on his lips, he couldn't quite figure out what that feeling was, however.

Kyu got out of bed and stretched his arms upwards. He swept his phone off of the bedside table and checked his messages. He had only received one, from Akeno. The message informed the boy that they had all gone to the underworld to participate in their Rating Game. The message ended with a yellow heart that Akeno had been adding to her messages lately. Kyu had no clue that he was the only one she did this for.

Kyu: "Dang it. I really have to stop sleeping so much." He sighed in frustration.

Kyu looked down at his mostly bare chest, specifically the blood stained bandages around his abdomen. He tore them off and tossed them away before examining his wound. It had healed quite a bit from the healing session with Koneko, a thin layer of muscle fibre was growing back.

He walked to the walk-in closet and swung open the doors before he grabbed a few articles of clothing before walking into the bathroom connected to his room.

A moment later, he exited the restroom with damp hair and a new pair of clothes. He was wearing a long-sleeved shirt that had a white torso, but the shoulders and sleeves were black. A small yellow nine was on each shoulder. In addition to the shirt, he wore a pair of dark blue jeans that possessed their usual elasticity. He took a deep breath and grew a smile. He felt a lot better now that Gamer's Mind didn't have to hold back two different instances of PTSD.

Kyu opened up the door to his room and walked out. The boy walked over to the elevator and the doors opened almost immediately, he entered the lift and pressed the button for the first floor and watched the doors close.

While he waited for the elevator doors to open, he pulled his phone out of his pocket and unlocked it before browsing through any news that showed up on the home page of his browser.

The doors opened and Kyu put his phone on rest mode. The boy walked out of the elevator and to the front door, where he equipped a pair of black and yellow sneakers before opening the door and closing it behind him.

He locked the door with a key he had gotten a while ago since his parents were still out of the country, and he bent his knees before launching himself into the sky.

Announcer: "The Knight and Rook of Sairaorg Bael, as well as a Rook of the Rias Gremory family have retired!" He stated. The man announcing the Rating Game had light purple hair swept over one side of his head and a beard, he had a purple suit with red and yellow details.

Announcer: "Currently, the Gremory team has the advantage. However, the Game has only just begun!" He shouted.

As per the rules of the game, Rias and Sairaorg stepped up to a golden bowl and they each picked up one dice, which they rolled into the bowl. The number on each dice would be added together and determine what piece could be sent out per each round. A Knight and Bishop required a three, Rooks required five, Queens needed nine, and Pawns needed whichever number of pieces was required to reincarnate them.
