[Kyu's POV]
I woke up, and got out of bed. I did my usual morning routine. But I decided to change up my uniform. Instead of wear the ribbon on my wrist, I decided to ditch the ribbon, and the white button-up shirt completely. Instead, I wore a burnt orange hoodie over my blazer, like how Tristen wore his, so I grabbed the sling from off of my desk, and I walked downstairs. I walked into the kitchen and grabbed a bag full of sandwiches I had made yesterday for lunch. I put on my shoes and grabbed my bag before running out the door.
I ran to the usual spot where me and my friend usually meet up, and he was already there. So we walked over to Kuoh Academy together.
"S-So, Tristen. What exactly does this A-Angel stuff involve?" I asked him.
Tristen: "Well, you'll get to that soon. first, you have to worry about Devil stuff." He told me.
"...What? Okay, first of all. That doesn't make any sense. Second of all. What?" I Said.
Tristen: "Okay... Well it's hard to explain. So, since the Angel Reincarnation System is still new. They test the Reincarnated Angels, to test how 'pure' they are. And in order to do that. They send them to work with Devils. It's supposed to be some sort of olive branch or something." He told me. This confused me greatly.
"Okay... But why." I simply said.
Tristen: "...Reasons." He told me.
"...That's all I'm gonna get, isn't it." I said, this was not a question. This was a statement.
Tristen: "Yes." He told me.
"I already dislike being an Angel." I told him.
Tristen: "It be like that sometimes." He said.
"..."
"So, do I get like, wings? Or something?" I asked Tristen.
Tristen: "Oh, yeah. I would teach you but... You'll just learn at the Devil's place. So..." He said.
"...You're just being lazy aren't you." I sent him a rhetorical question.
Tristen: "When am I not lazy." He asked me.
"That one time." I replied.
"So... Who's this D-Devil I'm gonna be working with?" I asked Tristen.
Tristen: "Oh, they're actually at school." He told me.
"Wait... A human eating Devil, is at our school?" I asked him.
Tristen: "Oh, Devil's don't eat humans, well... Some don't." He said.
"Wait, what?" I asked him.
Tristen: "Oh! Would you look at that! We're here!" He said, I would've stopped him right there and told him to explain what in tarnation he was getting me into. But he was right, we were at school.
Tristen: "Have fun Kyu!" He said as he... He... Okay, I'm not gonna lie. This made me laugh. But he freaking naruto ran away.
I burst out laughing. and my laughter increased when he flipped off anyone who looked at him weirdly.
Tristen: "I'm going to Area 51!" He yelled from across the hall.
At this point, I was crying. I was actually crying from laughter. I was close to collapsing.
After he naruto ran out of our sight. I managed to save my lungs by calming down.
"What a crackhead." I said with an amused smile on my face.
