Chapter 58~It's not just for the movies

Joe's POV

What a day yesterday was! First we we're on a plane, then we arrived at Toulouse, then Grant, Peter, Zoe and Alfie came, then Grant and Peter started arguing, then we went to our villa/cottage, then Dianne and I did you know what, then we all got into the pool, then we went to a restaurant and Grant and Peter carried on arguing then Grant left and took Eponiné with him, then Peter caused an argument between Zoe and Alfie and they haven't stopped arguing, then they left with Macklynn, then it was just Dianne and I and we had a mini date then we went back to the villa and did you know what  again and now we are sat in our bed listening to everyone arguing. It's been hectic!

D-"I thought we were supposed to be the most unstable couple out of us three"
J-"I know right"
We both laughed.
D-"Joe"
J-"Yeah"
D-"I think we need to have a conversation about things"
J-"Me too, wait you are talking about marriage and that stuff"
D-"Yeah"
J-"Okay do you wanna get married"
D-"Yeah"
J-"When"
D-"I don't mind"
J-"What do you mean when you say that"
D-"Joe I would marry you now, in ten years even in a million"
J-"Marry me"
D-"What"
J-"Marry me, we don't have to get married straight away"
D-"..."
J-"Are you gonna say something or"

Dianne started to cry. Oops had I done something wrong.

J-"You can say no I don't mind, I didn't mean to upset you"
D-"You've not upset me, of course, I'll marry you"

Dianne moved closer to me, I lifted her onto my lap. I tucked her gorgeous red hair behind her ear, she smiled as she leaned closer to me so our foreheads were touching "I love you so much, Joey" "I love so much more" "Not possible" "You are the most beautiful person inside and out and how I am marrying you I'll never have any clue. How did I get so lucky" "We both got lucky, your amazing Joe, you have such a big heart and-" Dianne cried a little harder which made me cry. "You deserve the world" "You deserve the universe Di and I'm gonna do my best to give it to you" "I've already got it Joe... you're my universe" ...

Dianne was snuggled up to me like a bear which I loved. She looked so cute as always. She either looks hot or cute but she's always beautiful.

J-"You're cute"
D-"Mhm"
M-"Mum"
E-"Daddy"
J-"Yeah"
M-"Why is everyone arguing"
E-"It's scaring me"
J-"Come here you two"

Dianne stayed cuddled to me on one side, Macklynn on the other side, Eponiné laid on top of me. Eponiné was being so cute she had her arms around Dianne and Macklynn well as far as her arms would reach because she didn't want them to be scared as well. All my girls are the cutest.

E-Can we talk about something happy"
M-"Like what"
E-"Are we gonna have any more siblings"
M-"What do you mean"
E-"I mean is mummy gonna have babies"
J-"Yeah at some point"
M-"When"
E-"I want one"
D-"I nearly did have one"
E-"What happened"
J-"There was a baby in mummy's tummy at one point but the baby died"
E-"Like Mr Snuffles"
D-"Yeah like Mr Snuffles"
J-"Whose Mr Snuffles"
E-"He was my bear but the neighbors dog ate him so he died"
J-"Oh"
D-"Apart from mummy and daddy's baby wasn't eaten"
E-"What happened then"
M-"Eponiné sometimes things happen like this for no particular reason they just do and it's no one's fault"
E-"Oh... was it a he or a she"
D-"It was a girl"
J-"Her name was Cahya, Cahya Rose"
M-"What does the name Cahya mean"
D-"It means light"
J-"And she was the lightness in the dark just like both of you are"
M-"We make you happy"
D-"You make us very happy"
E-"Are you happy at both of us now"
J-"Very happy at both of you"
D-"We love you so much"
M-"We love you too"

Eponiné wriggled around so she could give, Dianne, Macklynn and me all kisses.

E-"I love you guys"
M-"We love you too Eponiné"

I smiled. It's weird to think that at the start of this year I was at the lowest of lows and now I'm the happiest of the happiest. I love my girls so much. I looked down at them all with so much love. I stroked the back of both Macklynn and Dianne's heads I then kissed the top of Eponiné's head gently.

E-"I love you, daddy"
M-"There's a lot of love in this room at the moment I'm not supposed to be lovey-dovey I'm supposed to be the tough one"
D-"You don't have to be any more"
E-"You don't have to protect me anymore I now have mummy AND daddy and they can protect you too"
M-"Thank you, especially you dad"
J-"I would go to the ends of the earth to protect you and you and you"
M-"You've been the best thing that's ever happened to us"

Tears slowly streamed down my face. My face didn't change the tears just fell.

J-"All three of you make me so happy and-"
D-"Aww"
J-"I thought I was never going to be this happy I thought this kind of love and happiness was just for the movies but it's not because I feel it and I love it, I love you three"
