Chapter 57~Next two

{Joe's POV}

Dianne and I went back to join the others, Macklynn and Eponiné came running up to us.

M-"There's a pool like home please can we go in it"
Z-"What pool at home"
M-"In the back garden"
J-"Oh yeah I may have forgotten to mention that I built a pool in the back garden"
Z-"When, like a few months ago"
J-"More like 24 months ago"
Z-"That's two years"
J-"Well at least we know your good a maths"
Z-"Why didn't you tell me"
J-"It was my secret, then mine and Dianne's then we told Macklynn and Eponiné"
Z-"You forgot to mention this to your sister"
J-"Well you don't live there so yeah I forgot"
D-"Hey it's a pool you guys don't need to argue and Macklynn and Eponiné yes you can go in the pool"
E-"Mummy can you help me get my swimming costume on"

Everyone went there separate ways to get there swim stuff on. Dianne had just finished helping Eponiné and was coming back into the room to get changed into her costume.

D-"Hey"
J-"Hi"
D-"You're already in your shorts"
J-"Yep, you're the last one"

The room was dimly lit, the blinds covering the windows.

D-"Why are the blinds closed"
J-"So I could get changed"
D-"You went in the bathroom"
J-"How do you know that"
D-"I heard the door go also I'm going into the bathroom to get changed"
J-"..."
D-"That doesn't mean you can come with me"
J-"Why"
D-"Joe people are waiting for us so they can go swimming if we take a while it's pretty obvious"
J-"What's pretty obvious"
D-"You know what I'm on about"
J-"No I don't"
D-"Fine then you'll be fine with me getting changed right in front of you, then going straight to the pool"
J-"Yep absolutely fine"

Why did I say I'd be fine. I couldn't look away because one then Dianne would win and two I don't want to but I also couldn't look because then Dianne will still win. I would just keep looking at her eyes but I know she'll move. Dianne started getting undressed.

D-"You okay"
J-"Yep fine"

Dianne giggled.

J-"DIANNE stop"
D-"Stop What I thought you were fine"
J-"The annoying thing is your hot and you know it and your using that against me"
D-"I am not"
J-"Mhm"
D-"I have no idea what you are on about i'm just getting changed"
J-"Dianne stop"
D-"Okay I actually don't know what you're on about this time"

I jumped off the bed and walked over to her. I kissed Dianne passionately, and she kissed back. I started peeling the straps of her swimsuit off "Joe" I stopped.

J-"Yeah we'll do this later"
D-"No I was gonna say be careful"
J-"Oh yeah"
D-"But yeah we'll also be doing this later"

Dianne jumped up wrapping her legs around my waist, I carried her over to the bed. She laid down, her finger traced down my abs until she got to my shorts...

{Macklynn's POV}

Alfie had found a ball in the house and chucked it in the pool. We separated ourselves into teams. There was me, Zoe and Peter on one side and Grant, Eponiné and Alfie on the other. Mum and dad were god knows where. We were halfway through the game when mum and dad came out.

M-"Where have you been"
J-"Nowhere"
E-"I don't believe that"
D-"Fine we went on a walk"
E-"Why didn't you invite us"
J-"There were bears"
E-"Really"
D-"Yeah"

Dianne's POV

Macklynn splashed me and Joe with water she knew we were lying but she didn't know what we were doing so that's fine. I'm praying she doesn't ask us any more questions. Joe and I jumped into the pool along with everyone else. We spent the rest of the day in and out of the pool until it came to dinner. Grant and Peter have been arguing all day, hopefully, they'd stop over dinner. Boy was I wrong!

G-"Would you just be quiet our making a scene"
P-"So you don't think you're making a scene when you start singing in the middle of the shopping centre"
G-"Well that includes talent"
P-"Oh here we go"
G-"You know what I've had enough of this I'm going back to the villa"
P-"It's a cottage"
G-"I don't care"
E-"I'm tired"

I looked at Grant.

G-"I'll take her"
D-"Thanks"

When Grant left with Eponiné the conversation continued again.

P-"So Zoe and Alfie how long have you guys been together"
Z-"Urm 4 years"
P-"How old are you guys"
A-"I'm 24 and Zoe is 26"
P-"Do you guys want kids in the future"

Macklynn leaned back in her chair looking bored as ever. Joe looked like he was gonna fall asleep and I felt like I was dying inside this conversation was so boring.

Z-"Yeah"
P-"Do you want to get married"
Z-"Yes-"
A-"No"
Z-"Oh"

Macklynn's face scrunched up with awkwardness. Joe and I looked at each other. Oops, that was a big mistake Alfie and Zoe but mainly Peter.

Z-"Alfie I thought we had talked about this"
A-"We have so what the hell are you on about"
Z-"What the hell am I on about WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU ON ABOUT"
A-"Urgh I'm leaving"
Z-"So am I"
M-"Me too... sorry just thought I'd add to it"
P-"I'll take Macklynn"

Joe and I were left the table alone.

J-"Well that took a serious turn of events"
D-"What is going on"
J-"I have no idea one minute there fine"
D-"Next they're tearing each other's heads off"
J-"Well to look on the bright side, it's like we are having a date now"
D-"Yeah although I Hope are next date doesn't start with as much arguing"

We both laughed. At least Joe and I still had each other.
