Seventy-One: Dancing As One {Requested}

Yunho:

Yunho was known to be one of the best dancers in Kpop. Whatever genre it was, he'd cleverly come up with any dance move. Yunho would jam to rock, pop in hip-hop, and bounce to pop. He was so talented that Noeul envied him. She shouldn't, especially when Yunho made it very clear that he loved her the way she was. But, it was constantly on her mind how she was always in his shadow.

Noeul had always been average, and she didn't like that. She wanted Yunho to look at her and be amazed just like she was when she saw him dance. So, she took up dancing. But in secret.

Day after day, Noeul would run off to dance class with the excuse that she had gotten a new job that she would be busy until she gets out in the evening. It was a good alibi, but he almost found out a few times when he tried to offer to drive her home. Noeul got through it though, learning a few dance moves and learning how to have the charisma that would surely amaze Yunho. She was excited to show him, but she didn't know how to. Noeul didn't want to just bust out in dance when he came to her apartment. So, she tried to get him to go clubbing with her.

"What?" Yunho said from the couch. He was relaxing, reading a magazine when she had asked him to go to the club with her tonight. "No."

"Huh?" Noeul asked, disappointed.

"I-I mean. I can't; I'm an idol, remember? I can't be seen in a club; my manager is going to flip out on me," he said, putting the magazine down beside him as she sat up. Noeul sighed, wondering how she should surprise with her newfound skills. "Why do you want to go clubbing. You aren't cheating on me, are you?"

"Huh? What? I would never cheat on you," she protested even though he was just teasing her. "I just...wanted to have a little fun with you. Party fun. You know what I mean?"

"...Huh...I think so. But I can't. It's the cons of being a Kpop idol." Yunho stood up from the sofa and pulled her into a warm hug. "Maybe, we can have fun differently. We could go out to an arcade. That sounds fun, doesn't it?"

"Uh...That's not the kind of fun that I mean," she said, patting her innocent boyfriend on the arm and let out another sigh as she began to think of something. After a while of zoning out while Yunho came up with more suggestions like movie night or a picnic at the park that lite up by the stars, Noeul finally thought of something.

"I have a surprise for you," she said.

"You do?"

"Yeah, but you need to leave so I can prepare it," she said and smiled up at him.

Yunho cocked his eyebrow up at her. "You aren't going to prank me again, are you? I swear, I still flinch every time I walk in another room."

"I was sorry about that. And I promise not to prank you," Noeul said, giving him her best smile. He eventually caved in and poked her cheeks as he sighed.

"Fine, cutie." He leaned down and gave her a quick kiss on her lips. "My girl is so cute; I can't stand it." Noeul smiled and then rushed him out of her apartment. "Okay, okay. Just call me when you're ready."

"Okay," Noeul said. Yunho slipped on his shoes and put on his jacket. He gave her one last kiss before leaving. Noeul smiled then.

"Cute, am I? Not for long."

Yunho walked down the hall to Noeul's apartment. She had texted him twenty minutes ago telling him that the surprise was ready. He went up to the door, and as he was putting in the code, he noticed there was music coming from inside the apartment. Though he was confused, he continued to push in numbers, but then the door opened when before he was even finished.
