"I'm bored Yuri. Entertain me."

"What do you want to do?"

"I don't know. That is why I asked you to entertain me."

"O I know how about I teach you to make a pork cutlet bowl. Does that sound fun Victor?"

"I will see you in the kitchen," Victor said as he was already halfway down the hall.

"Okay first get all the ingredients, 2-boneless pork chops, salt, pepper, Flour (for dusting), oil (for frying), 2 eggs, 1 cup panko, 1 1/4 cup dashi soup stock, 1/3 cup soy sauce, 2 tablespoons mirin, 1 tablespoon sugar, and 4 cups Jasmine rice."

"Check"

"Next, you get the rice cooking and season the pork chops with salt and pepper. Dust them with a light, even coat of flour."

"Done."

"In a shallow bowl, beat one egg. Put the panko in a different shallow bowl." Victor nodded as he started doing the task.

"Add a thin, even layer of oil to the cast-iron skillet over medium heat. The oil is ready when you throw a panko breadcrumb into the oil and it sizzles." Yuri did this part not wanting his boyfriend to burn himself.

"While I'm heating the oil. Can you dip the pork into the egg to coat it? Make sure it gets the egg on both sides." He watches to make sure the older male didn't need any help.

"Then transfer the pork to the panko. Then press it evenly into the meat to get a good coating on all sides."

"Cook the pork in the oil for 5 minutes on each side."

"It is fun cooking with you."

"We should cook together more often."

"While the pork is cooking can you put the soup stock in a pan and cook on medium heat for me please."

"Add the soy sauce, mirin, and sugar to the soup and bring to a boil. Once it is at a boil, turn off the heat." Yuri instructed as he flipped the pork chops.

"Now that the pork is done chop it into slices."

"Can we eat now?"

"Get a scoop of rice place the pork on top. Then cover it in as soup sauce as you want. Then if you want you can make a dippy egg and put that on top. Now you can enjoy."

"Thank you for teaching me. Now I can make it for myself when you're not here."

"O I see how it is. You won't make me any to share." The shorter said sarcastically.

This is an actual recipe that you can use to make pork cutlet bowls.
