Hitoshi I woke with an extremely painful headache and a blazing feeling all over his body. The pain worsened and the ships alarm began to stretch in his ears, alerting them of a false attack on the ship. Hitoshi knew Katsuki and Kiyoko to well at this point, so he refused to get out of bed. His teammates would be mad at him, but Hitoshi couldn't stand the pain.

A few minutes later, three soft knocks sounded. That was a lot less intense than I expected. Most of the time they break down on my door and drag me out. Hitoshi thought, questioning their goal.

"Hey, Hitoshi? Are you in there? It's not like you to avoid a drill, even if it's a false one."A quiet voice with a tamed tone asked from outside his room, pausing the bothersome knocks for a moment. Hitoshi only groaned in response as he recognize the person's voice.

"If you won't let me in, I'm gonna tell the team." Denki threatened with a playful-ish tone. When his teammate didn't reply, Denki ignored his previous threat and opened the door without Hitoshi consent. Yeah, consent was an important thing, but Hitoshi wasn't being the slightest bit sarcastic and that was concerning.

Hitoshi was lying on the side, back facing the door. The dark gray sheets were pulled over his entire body, other than his head and the thin comforter was trembling, as if Hitoshi was freezing, but also very hot. Hitoshi slowly shifted his body over so he could he look at Denki, and Hitoshi extra pale state was almost terrifying.

He seemed paler than usual and very sweaty, but covered himself in his blanket as it he could feel no warmth. Denki can tell that his teammate had some kind of illness, Hitoshi seemed out of it and weak, the 16-year-old slowly lifted his arms to reach for Denki.

Denki approached Hitoshi in order to check the temperature, burning his hand in the process. "Hitoshi! You're practically on fire!" Denki exclaimed, snatching his hand away. "I'll get the others. They should know how to fix you or something?!" Denki was about to leave Hitoshi's room to find Hanta or Katsuki, when Hitoshi grabbed his wrist and kissed him.

It was a quick kiss, but a passionate and loving one nevertheless. Most of the passion was coming from Hitoshi, because Denki – being the definite most unprofessional person ever to exist – was unprepared for the sudden kiss and had no idea how to react. Hitoshi then groaned and pulled away, flopping back onto his uncomfortable bed and falling sleep (or unconscious, Denki was so startled that he couldn't tell.)

"ALRIGHT WE'RE GETTING YOU TO A CYRO-POD RIGHT NOW! NO QUESTIONS!" Denki shouted in surprise, probably walking any other sleeping teammates that missed the alarm in the process. Denki picked Hitoshi up and carried him to the control room, where His team was sitting, and to Denki's relief, they were cleaning a few cyro-pods. When they spotted the passed-out Hitoshi in his arms, they took him and put him in a cyro-pod, without a word to exchange.

Katsuki used his elbow to pull Ejiro closer to him, taking a deep breath, and asking: "What happened?"

Denki explained everything, but you left out the kiss part, because if they knew that then they would never stop teasing him. The other team members listened intently, curious as to why Denki was screaming.

"Ah, A regular case of the space flu." Kiyoko concludes. "The cyro-pod should heal him up in a few days. He'll be fine"

"Oh thank you" Denki muttered under his breath, receiving a few suspicious glances from his team.

Denki's team began to exit the room, but Ejiro and Katsuki stayed for a moment, as Denki wasn't leaving. "Denki? Are you going to go back to your room or something?" Ejiro asked.

"Nah, I'll stay for a bit." Denki responded. The truth was, Denki wanted to contemplate why Keith I kissed him, even if it was only a thing that happened because of his minor illness. "I'm curious about this 'space flu' thingy."

"Okay..." Ejiro replied, taking Katsuki by the arm and leading him out of the room. Denki stared at his teammates peaceful, resting body and wondered why. Why did he kiss me? Even if Hitoshi was just a bit hazy from his space flu thing, there had to be some intention somewhere right?

A few days past, Hitoshi came out of the pod but he was still a little hazy on what had happened. "Denki why are you here?"

"Hitoshi do you remember what happened right before you passed out?" Denki asked with a pink blush on his face.

Hitoshi's face turned bright red as he remember what had happened a few days before. "I do and if I'm being completely honest with you...... I'm gay and I like-like you." Hitoshi confessed. Denki didn't say anything. "It's okay if you don't like me back. I underst.." Denki kissed him with the same amount of passion and love as he did him a few days before.

"I like-like you too." Denki then ran away out of embarrassment.

"Cute"
