Kuroo smiles at his boyfriend who currently has his head on Kuroo's shoulder. Kenma, for once, is not playing a game. Instead he seems to be in the process of falling asleep. Kuroo and Kenma's hands are loosely linked between them, Kuroo's warm hand pressing against Kenma's cold one. "You know, I like your hair. Have I ever told you that?" Kuroo tells Kenma. Kenma just lets out a small groan and Kuroo takes that as a no. "Why are you so tired? Did you stay up too late playing a new game?" Kenma gives Kuroo a small nod and Kuroo leans over to kiss Kenma on the top of the head. The train comes to a screeching stop and Kenma doesn't move, even though Kuroo states that it is their stop."Okay fine. You leave me no choice." Kuroo stands, leaving Kenma without a headrest. Kuroo quickly scoops Kenma into his arms despite a small grunt of protest from the smaller boy.

"Why do you always do this?" Kenma complains half-heartedly. He actually secretly likes the carrying, but it is kind of embarrassing in public.
"Because you are my baby and I like carrying you places." Kuroo gazes lovingly at Kenma. His longest childhood friend, the one who he managed to convince to be his boyfriend. They walk through the streets of Tokyo; only earning confused glances from a few people. The locals have seen much weirder things on the street. Kuroo and Kenma were heading to Kenma's favorite local coffee shop. There is this one muffin there that always seems to put a smile on the boy's face. Kuroo has made it his duty to buy Kenma one of these muffins at least once every two weeks. Kenma's smile was one of Kuroo's favorite things to see.

"Could you put me down?" Kenma asks, even though it sounds more like a command to Kuroo.

"What are you talking about? I have to carry you into the coffee shop like the bride you'll be one day. That'll be the first place we go when we are married, maybe they will even give you a complementary 'just married' muffin." Kuroo always talks about them getting married even though they aren't engaged, they aren't even out of high school. Kenma never argues though.

"Okay fine."Once they reach the coffee shop, Kuroo puts Kenma down the second they are through the door. He shakes his arms out, tired from carrying Kenma for that long. Kenma spots a girl behind the counter smiling widely at them and small blush starts to form on his cheeks.Kuroo saunters up to the counter and orders 'the regular.' At this point, everyone who works at the shop recognizes them and knows exactly what to do when they come in. Soon enough, a muffin and two mocha coffees are pushed onto the counter. Kenma has offered to pay multiple times before, but Kuroo has always refused, saying it was 'the least he could do.

"You have done enough for me," Kenma would always say, but Kuroo would just wave it away. They sit at their usual table and Kenma digs into his muffin. Kuroo rests his head on his hand and admires his boyfriend. Only after 30 seconds does Kenma notice the staring."Um, could you not just look at me? You could at least drink your coffee or talk," Kenma says, slightly uncomfortable. He doesn't like it when people stare at him.

"What if I want to just look at you?" Kuroo asks innocently. Kenma glares at him. "Okay, okay." Kuroo sips his coffee. "Hey, can I call you muffin? Or do you just want to stick with kitten?"

"I like both..." Kenma says, his face turning red once again.

"Okay, muffin." Kenma finished his muffin and looks at his lap. He hears Kuroo scooting his chair around to his side of the table. He looks up and Kuroo is right next to him."I love you, muffin." Kuroo has always been the lovey-dovey type, and even though it makes Kenma feel a bit awkward, he loves it. Kuroo presses his nose against Kenma and Kenma softly pushes back.

"I love you, too." Kuroo kisses Kenma gently on the lips and when he pulls away he sees Kenma smile, which makes Kuroo smile as well.

"You know who would have thought that my tiny setter would make me feel so helpless." Kenma's blush grows even more. At this point, his face is bright pink. Kuroo loves making Kenma blush; he looks even cuter that way.

"Do you want to watch a movie tonight?" Kenma asks shyly. A small look of surprise creeps onto Kuroo's face, but he hides it quickly, knowing the smallest thing could make Kenma doubt himself. Kenma rarely wants to do anything and most of the time it is Kuroo suggesting that they do something or go somewhere.

"Yeah, definitely, kitten. What do you want to watch?" Kuroo asks sweetly.

"Oh, I don't know. You can choose." A small sigh escapes Kuroo and a soft smile forms on his face.

"Okay. I'll make sure to pick a good one." Kuroo grabs Kenma's hand and kisses him again.Kuroo is searching through Kenma's DVDs while the setter is collecting the popcorn from the microwave."Ooh! You like this one, right?" Kuroo holds up a DVD when Kenma walks back into the room. Kenma just nods. "Okay, we are watching this. I love this one." He inserts the DVD into the player and then snuggles up to Kenma on the couch. Kenma swings his legs over Kuroo's and rests his head on the tall boy's shoulder. Kenma wraps his arm around Kuroo's back. Kuroo smiles at the eagerness of the setter and places his arms around Kenma's shoulder, pulling him even closer."I love you so much, kitten. So, so much."

"I love you, too, Roo."
