Me- thank you?
Nancy- when someone either does something for you and it's nice. Or if they give something to you. Or they say thank you when something is good or nice.
Me- thank you, Nancy.
Nancy- you're welcome. That's what you say after that person says thank you. Or that's what I'll say after you said thank you
Me- ohh
Nancy- I'll be back soon. I gotta shower now. Ok?
Me- alright
She gets clothes for her and leaves to shower. I sit on the bed looking around. I then walk to Mike's room. He is sitting on his bed with one leg hanging off. I look at him from the doorway. It takes him awhile to notice I was there. Then he looks at me
Mike- oh hey. You done showering?
Me- yes..
Mike- it's alright you can come in haha
I walk into his room.
Mike- you take privacy seriously, don't you?
Me- yes. It's something everyone should have
Mike- yeah I think so too but some times privacy can be bad.
Me- how?
Mike- if you have privacy, you're alone and no one is with you. It feels lonely. And some times people can do crazy things when they are alone. Or some times see crazy things.
Me- have you ever been alone?
Mike- well with my friends and family I can't find a place to be alone haha... but yeah. I some times just stay in my room, thinking about stuff
Me- have you ever done crazy things?
Mike- heh my life has been of doing crazy things
Me- do you get hurt?
Mike- some times. Mostly physical like blood or scratches and stuff
Me- oh
Mike- can I ask you something?
Me- alright..
Mike- what bad memory was of the "tank"?
Me- the bad tank... they put a machine on my head and put me down in a tank to "concentrate" my powers and to get into the upside down. It worked but when I visited the upside down... things were after me. The tank had a big fish. Scary fish. Fin on top and smaller one on bottom then two on the sides. Sharp teeth. Very sharp. If it smelled blood, it bites. And when I use my powers some times I get blood from my nose..
Mike- THEY HAD A SHARK IN A TANK WITH YOU?!
Me- shark? Yes that was it
Mike- did it bite you?
Me- many times but they fixed it. But I still have marks in some places.
Mike- wow.. now I know why it was scary. Sharks are bad and mean when they smell blood. Or they will see people's legs and they think it's food.
Me- ohh..
Mike- hey um... how long did you guys look for me and El?
Me- well after I left with Will, we stood there and talked for about 10min and then we rushed over here. Dustin and Lucas told you you were going to talk to El. We all talked for about 8min. Then we left to find you guys so it took the rest of the day until we found you guys.
Mike- did you guys see us?
Me- yes.. I found you guys and they followed me. We were behind a bush.
Mike- oh wow
Me- I did not go into your mind. It felt very wrong. So I put them in instead... sorry
Mike- you didn't go into my mind?
Me- no...
Mike- heh if you did, you would've heard a lot about you...
Me- me in your mind?
Mike- yeah.. I was thinking of everything you said how to tell El.. but you were in my mind. At one point I tried getting you out. But I couldn't some how
My stomach feels like swirls. It is getting very hot. My hands are getting slippery and kind of wet. What is happening? My heart is pounding hard and loud and fast. It is like a timer going off from a bomb. My heart beats fill my ears like bombs. I start breathing heavily
Mike- you ok? You're breathing quite heavy
Me- I don't know, what is happening? My heart is like bombs and it's very loud and fast.
Mike- keep describing it
A smile grows on his face. Does he know what is happening to me? If so, I would like him to tell me. I am panicking!
Me- my hands are slippery and wet a little. My stomach feels like it is turning everywhere. It's like I'm floating but I'm clearly on the ground.
Mike- remember when I told you about "cute" stuff?
Me- yes but what is happening?
Mike- do you.. think I'm cute?
Me- what does that mean?
Mike- do you like something on me?
Me- your eyes are pretty. Your hair is black as dark as the sky very late in the night. Your face looks very soft. Your hands earlier when you touched my cheeks, were soft.
Mike- you think I'm cute, don't you?
Was it true? I think so
Me- yes. I do think so.
I feel that feeling again. I look down. I could not look at Mike
Mike- what?
Me- what?
Mike- you aren't looking at me now. What are you feeling?
Me- I don't know Mike! It feels like I'm sick but I like the feeling? But I know if I look at you, the feeling gets more strong
Mike- I'm going to teach you something, is that alright?
Me- sure
I'm still looking down
Mike- a feeling where you think all crazy, stomach has twirls and are feeling like butterflies are in your stomach, and that sweaty feeling on your palms, and when you find them cute or attractive, and you like things about them. That means you like like them. And what we call that is "having a crush"
Me- but I crushed a mouse before but I never felt any of this for that mouse
Mike's face was shocked. His eyes widen and his eyebrows went up.
Mike- not in that way. That's what we just call it here
Me- oh.. but I can't like like you.
I look at him
Mike- because of El? You don't want her to get mad at you, right?
Me- yes
I look back down
Mike- she was mad when I told her but you and her are like sisters. You've known each other forever. Would she really get mad at you for having these new feelings?
Me- I don't know... I don't think so. We promised that she won't leave me. Ever. So can't really get mad mad at me and leave..
Mike- Sev...
he walks up to me
Me- yeah?
Mike- earlier when we were on the roof, I looked at you. You looked very pretty when I saw that sun glistening on your face. I think.. I have a crush on you..
Me- you.. like like me?
Mike- well let's see how everything turns out
He holds my hands. Those exploding feelings were starting to spark a little. I feel... happy. He like likes me?
Me- Mike... I don't know.. But
He is actually a little close that I notice. I look into his dark eyes. I look at his mouth. They are a rosy color
Mike- Sev?...
My mouth feels dry like I needed water. My throat is having a weird reaction. My lips open a little, leaving a tiny gap. Mike moves a little closer.
Me- Mike...
What is going to happen? I am having this feeling of just crashing onto Mike. But why? I feel safe with him. I trust him. He's not like the others.
Mike- Savanna... I don't want to continue if you don't like it
He says as I feel his breath making me get this whole tingle throughout my body
Me- I am.. I am just confused on what is happening. I like it but confused
Mike comes close to my face only inches away. I can feel his breath upon my face. He close his eyes and presses his lips against mines slowly. His eyes go wide open and in his eyes I see something I've never seen. Is he feeling the crazy and best feeling like me? Or just me? Because this... this feels right. He closes his eyes again as I feel his hands intertwine with mines. They are so soft. I close my eyes too. My heart is pounding but I can't move. I feel like sparks exploding everywhere. I am so confused what this was but I like it. It feels so nice. But right now, what am I supposed to do back? He slowly pulls away but I come closer. Kind of wanting more I guess?
Mike- Sev?
Me- what do I do? What.... what was that?
Mike- that was a um... kiss.
Me- that felt really nice
I smile
Mike- you didn't move though
Me- am I supposed to do something?
Mike- well if you like it, then you would move your lips as well but you don't have to do. I just...
Me- teach me. I want to do it
Mike- you do?
He smiles
Me- yes. How do I do it?
Mike- well there are some ways to do it. Just don't ask about a French kiss
Me- what's that?
Mike- I bet Nancy will tell you haha. But you kinda just open your mouth and move the opposite way the other person is moving.. I don't really know how to explain it exactly
I go closer to his face and look at his lips. I press my lips against his. Ah! What is happening with me? I jump a little but still on his lips. He puts his hand on my cheek which calmed me down real quick as he deepens the "kiss". I move my mouth open and close it. He does the same. After a few of that, We pulled away while smiling. We both looked into each other's eyes. I smile and say
Me- good..
Mike- heh... um... Sev?
I see his face turn red. I feel myself getting warmer on my face
Me- yes?
I worry that he didn't think it was good enough though
Mike- that was.... amazing heh
He smiles so brightly which makes me feel so happy and good
Me- thank you..
Mike- haha. We learning manners too?
He raises an eyebrow and a side smile
Me- yeah I guess. I should go back to Nancy
Mike- ok... goodnight, Sev
I smile at him as he kisses my cheek and go to open the door. When I open it, Nancy is there with a shocked expression
Me- Nancy?
I tilt my head to the left
Nancy- uhhhhhh
