I let out a breath and sit up. I walk outside. I see Mike. He is just standing there.
Me- Mike? .....
Mike jumps and turns to me
Mike- jeez you know, you scare me some times
Me- scare?
Mike- when you're scared of something to happen. Something you don't like how it feels some times I guess
Me- why are you out here? Alone?
Mike- because I need to be.. right now
Me- well you are not alone right now I'm here so
Mike- heh yeah I guess you're right. Can I ask you something?
Me- alright
Mike- um why didn't they shave your head, like El?
Me- well i don't know the full answer but I've been there since I was very young. My "parents" abandoned me when I was only 2weeks old. Too young and was in hot, red smoke around me. Papa found me and took me in to start his system. I guess they wanted me to keep my hair. It was never in the way of my concentration so

My words got shorter. Things are feeling weird inside of me. I haven't told that part of a story to anyone yet. But then why could I tell Mike?
Mike- hey... I understand you don't know feelings or emotions but I'm sure you felt them maybe you just didn't know what they were. Do you have any feeling now?
I haven't realized really my "feelings". I think about it. And now that I think about it, I do feel odd. A different feeling. Not "sad" or "scared". I feel safe? And my stomach feels like all over the place
Me- well right now my stomach hurts. I feel weird right now
I put my hand on my chest. It is pounding like crazy. What was happening? Was I going to explode? Did he put a bomb on me to explode me?!
Me- my heart is like a bomb! Did you bomb me?!

Mike's face turns a little red. Was he ok?! Was he getting blood rushes into his head?! What do I do?!

Mike- when you find something attractive and it's adorable and you go "awww" and it makes you go all fluffy inside
Me- oh well your laugh is "cute"
Mike- wait what?! Oh shit you think my laugh is cute??

He touches my neck area between with my chest. He then touches where my heart is. His eyes goes wide. I feel my face getting hot while his hand is on me. I feel something inside trying to pull on me forward. But if I do I'll fall into Mike and him nor El will like that. I part my lips because for some reason I need to breathe in and out with my mouth open. It's hard to explain..
Mike- damn! What are you thinking right now?
Me- well
I look at his eyes. Dark brown eyes. I keep looking at him
Mike- why are you staring at me?
Me- your eyes
Mike- you like my eyes?
Me- face... you have a nice face
Mike starts "laughing" everywhere

Mike- no it's your opinion if you don't like him you don't need to. Wait so you have NO feelings towards Dustin?
Me- no
Mike- what about Will?
Me- he's nice but none of those feelings

Mike- well um we should be going back inside.. it's been awhile and it dark. So it's getting cold

His mouth goes to each end of his face. I touch his mouth to see what he was doing with it

He mumbles because my hands is on his mouth
Me- you moved your mouth. What did you do? How did it get that way?
Mike- smile? Or that smirk when I said you're not that bad?

Mike- smiling is when you feel happy and stuff
Me- are you happy?
Mike- yeah.. I am
Me- ok. What about that "smirking"?
Mike- I don't know how to explain it but I can show you
Me- alright
He "smiles" to the side. One of his eyebrow moves up.
Mike- this is smirking or a grin.
Me- ohh
I mirror his expression. He laughs at my attempt
Mike- wow good try though
Me- so... what is normal?
Mike- huh?
Me- you said I am not normal. What is the normal in this world?
Mike- well there is a lot of things to say about being normal. Well you look normal. Nice hair, normal face and all. But everyone goes through a stage that everyone go through. The worst days of your life. It's called "Puberty"
He moved his hands with expression
Me- oh I know
Mike- oh really? You know puberty but not anything else of a human body?
Me- I only know some parts. And I was told a girl has a different part than a boy. I am still going through puberty. They told me what to do with it.
Mike- umm too much information, thank you very much haha
Me- well you said it was the worst. It is but it makes what you are now and how you behave.
Mike- ohhh look at you sounding all smart now hahaha
Me- smart?
Mike- when you know a lot of stuff like math, science, physics, or social studies. Well once you get into school you'll learn it all.
Me- will I be going to your school?
Mike- I guess if you are going to stay here, am I right?
Me- yes...
Mike- do you... miss your family?
Me- huh?
Mike- do you miss your parents?
Me- I never knew them and the only "parent" I have was papa but I'm sure we all know about that stuff.
Mike- yeah unfortunately I do. He took El away from me...
Me- is that why you don't want her to leave you?
Mike- yeah... it was very hard. I tried to get her back everyday for so long. When she came back I just didn't want her to leave again
Me- oh.. well I won't take her away from you if she means that much
My stomach is starting to feel upset. It is hurting. I don't know.. what is happening to me? I wince in pain.
Mike- Sev?
Me- it hurts
Mike- what hurts?!
Me- my stomach!
Mike- are you sick?!
Me- I don't know but it hurts
I close my eyes from the pain and holding my stomach
