Between Melanie And Oliver

Melanie's POV
   I walk down the stairs to see Oliver taking off his jacket and putting it into the closet. I walk over to him and hug him from behind, my left cheek onto his back
Me- hey my love
Oliver- hello hunny
   He turns to face me and gives me a kiss on my lips. We've been married for quite some time now, before we met Savannah of course too and I think she's made us closer.. I really love her as if she was my own since I can't have any
Me- I told Savannah that we'll watch karate kid today
   He chuckles as he smiles at me
Oliver- uh oh, do you think she'll love the kid from it?
Me- that's what I'm hoping
   We both laugh and I let him go do he can get something to drink from the fridge in the kitchen because he always comes home thirsty
Oliver- oh great ha, what if she wants to meet the kid?
Me- then we'll take her to see him some how
Oliver- Mel you're crazy
Me- I know I know but she's just so amazing with us and everything
Oliver- ya know we can ask her if we can adopt her
Me-.. I don't know yet. I love her but what if someone is still looking for her?
   I sit on the chair in the kitchen table
Oliver- it's been 5 months Mel, she's ours basically
   I look down and I hear him come towards me. Once he gets to me, he lifts my chin to look at him with his dark green eyes that I fall in love with every time I look into them
Oliver- we can wait a little longer but summer is coming and I'd love for all this to pass and she's ours
   I smile at him and say
Me- thank you
   I hear the phone ring a few times and we both look at it. He walks over to it and answers it. After hello and yeah, he looks at me and says
Oliver- it's Karen!
   I feel my eyes widen and run towards the phone, taking it from his hands
Me- hey! Karen
   I kind of yell into the phone as I hear her laugh. We've been talking every once in awhile and she's told me a lot about her and her family
Karen- Heyy Melanie
Me- how've you been?
Karen- I've been great, I wanted to talk to you about something..
   She seems serious and I look over to Oliver
Me- yea anything, what about?
Karen- that girl you found during the Christmas holidays, she's still there right?
Me- yeah why?
Karen- I know who she is.. and get ready for a story heh
   I wave Oliver over to me
Me- oh ok, Olly is here listening too if that's ok?
Oliver- is everything alright?
Karen- I'm gonna tell you guys about Savannah. But please try to understand and think about it, ok?
Me- Karen, you're scaring me now
Karen- just listen to me.. so Savannah isn't a normal kid...

I just wanted to show how Mel and Olly cute are heheh🥺 BUT ANYWAYS, I have an idea of how I want to forward this story but should it be book part2??? I know not everyone is going to read 70 something chapters so😅 I'm leaning more towards that
