Triggers/Warning: bulimia, throwing up, physical abuse, suggested gore(?), Roman being an angsty boi.

A/N: Just a quick message: If you cope with depression, anxiety and haven't sought out help or told anybody, please do. I'm being hypocritical when I say this, but PLEASE don't bottle emotions, it's unhealthy. Thanks, and ily to y'all (platonically, of course!)<3

Long ago, a war split between the humans and magical beings. Both sides had corrupted leader that dragged their species into a bloody battle. After the war, the humans sent whoever had magic across 'The Other side'

Cue Our Angsty boi's entrance.

Roman had powers. He hid them. It was supposed to be impossible for him to have them. Biologists and scientists promised the kings of before they had removed magic from the bloodline.

Roman sighed and watched the sparks fly across his fingertips. They were red and black, the power of the dark. Another thing to be abandoned for. He touched the stubs of where his black and red feathery wings used to be. Before his dad found out and cut them off, ignoring the screams of pain and pleads. His father refused to send him over the side, otherwise his people would figure out and try to kill the only other heir, Remus.

Remus and Roman were twins, looked similar. Remus was the opposite of Roman, meaning he had the powers of light and pretty angel wings. Roman laughed bitterly. Even though Remus didn't sound or act angelic, he was sure better looking than Ro, more fit and alive. He was also a sheep in wolf's clothing, he was nicer and more compassionate than Roman would ever be.

Roman stared at his 'fat' body. He had just eaten, and he didn't want to gain the extra calories. He stumbled to the toilet, puking up everything he'd eaten.

Virgil's P.O.V

I landed silently on Prince Roman's bedroom balcony. The job was simple, kidnap a son and let the King pay up enough to bring the Magical beings and humans back together. The security on this part of the castle was infiNiteSimAl. I opened the door so it didn't squeak. I approached the bathroom, where the lights were on.

The last thing I expected to hear from the bathroom was puking and sobbing. Puking could obviously be excused as him being sick, and crying would be that he was throwing a tantrum would be the first excuses I would think If they were separate. But these two were mixed.

I pushed away pity as I crept up behind him. I clog his nostril with the napkin, causing him to drift off into unconsciousness. I beat my purple wings as I pick him up, bridal style. I fly off, letting my feathers shed across the bedroom.

When I land, I greet my team, Remy Cafeína and Emile Picani. Emile can watch mental trauma through memories and diagnose mental illnesses by just a touch and Remy can make people sleep, also stay awake.

I set him down and realise with slight sadness he could've been pretty handsome. His facial features were nice but melancholy. His body was less than average in weight, I could tell just by picking him up he barely ate.

"Woah, gurl, what happened to his clothes?" Remy asked, indicating at the vomit.

I shrugged anxiously."He was throwing up and crying, so I just pressed the napkin in his smell holes."

Emile crouched next to the prince and touched his forehead. He shuddered violently and stated clearly 'Bulimia and Depression, with a side of PTSD."

If anything can make Picani shudder that violently, you gotta wonder what trauma this guy's been through.

We decided to change him into something that didn't make him look like a prince. Patton threw in a bunch of outfits and Logan put the weirdest ones back. When Il took of his shirt, something which I was not pleased to do, he froze.

Upon the prince's back were wing stumps. Like somebody had cut them off. My eyes trailed down his back, where bruises and burns ran across them like a battlefield. I never would've imagined a twist like this. The Royal bloodline having magical descent? That wasn't as hard to believe the King would be so cruel to his own son. Patton (Deer from waist down) gasped and clutched onto his boyfriend. Logan (A wizard) was in shock too. I touched the wing stubs numbly.

How would it have felt? To lose your wings? Even taking out a feather can hurt me enough. But this guy, Roman, had his wings chopped off. The boy shifted and awoke. Ah sh**
