Think of the song when you read this-

This is so bad-I'm sorry-

TW: Transphobic(?) reactions, cursing

WOO first time trying to put actual swear words down instead of little stars.

Romania bit her fingernails. She may have been a glamorous prom queen, but she preferred 'King'. She was not comfortable in her body, or at least, the feminine body she was in. Romania wasn't a she. She was a he. So he abbreviated the feminine name to Roman. (He was always considered interesting by the head of white and long hair he had. Nobody knew exactly how it happened.)

Roman picked up the scissors. He took a lock of his long hair and started cutting. He continued with the process, letting the white locks fall onto the bathroom floor. He put down the scissors and cleaned the hair up. It wasn't the neatest haircut, but it sufficed. He took the makeup remover and wiped off all the make-up. He put on the binder.

Now Roman felt like himself for the first time. He actually looked like a guy. He smiled to himself. He walked out the bathroom and flopped on the couch. He heard bags drop and his Mother stood the shocked. He smiled awkwardly. Roman's mother gasped and quickly went on her phone. He walked over and peered over her shoulder. She was ordering a Trans flag.

She hugged him and told him she liked the new him. Roman beamed at her and gather some old t-shirts. He went to the garage and started painting a trans flag on the shirts, with fabric paint, of course.

Time skip brought to you by No Way!

Roman smiled and walked nervously into school with his twin brother. Remus was gay and he had encouraged Roman...in a way. A few people must've wondered who Roman was, and other girls must've thought he was hot or something.

A few guys called him a dick because they were just angry at something. He responded with, "I'm not a dick, and I don't have one either!" then walked away. He would sneak a peek at their confused and baffled faces. He headed for homeroom.

The teacher called out "Romania?"

Roman's hand shot up and he quickly said "Just call me Roman now!"

A few others looked disgusted, his 'friends' included. He fidgeted awkwardly and the teacher raised an eyebrow. The teacher seemed to shrug it off and continued the role call.

He hummed and sat at his usual table at lunch. His friends glared and badmouthed him until he left. Roman had no idea where to sit. He sat under an oak tree in the school's forest-y area. He started eating when three boys approached him.

The first boy had tan, freckles and round glasses with fluffy brown hair. The second was slightly shorter, had pale skin and square glasses. The third boy had dyed purple hair and fierce black eye shadow underneath his eyes. They introduced themselves and they seemed to get along great.

"Why do you have white hair?" Patton asked curiously.

Roman shrugged, 'I guess it was supposed to be a skunks tail but it spread I guess"

Virgil almost choked on his coffee. "You're telling me that's natural? Not an attempt to look like almost-frozen Anna?"

Roman shrugged, almost instinctively playing with his hair before remembering he cut it. Logan noticed.

"I assume you used to have long hair?" Logan asked cooly.

Roman smiled shyly and nodded. "I shortened Romania to Roman. Like my hair"

Virgil flinched. "You were that girl? Prom Queen?"

Roman frowned and sighed. "I don't know what rumours you've heard about me so I assume you flinched because they're bad."

Patton shrugged.
