(Y/n's P.O.V)

We all piled onto the bus exhausted, and sat for the long drive home. I wanted to check in with my other classmates now that I had sorted stuff out with Shoto. The bus was filled with the buzz of excitement from everyone showing off their licenses and bragging about the test. I thought about sitting with Shoto, but decided to sit between Kaminari and Tsu. I had taken off my jacket and tied it around my waist to get it out of the way, showing off the bandages, but I didn't really care. I joked back and forth with Kaminari, and started making fun of him for being a human Pikachu. I noticed Bakugo was acting more brooding and grumpy, which was fair considering the outcome of his test. Kirishima was looking at him concerned, and I felt sympathy for him. Seeing someone you care about upset it never a fun experience. Suddenly, the bus went over a bump, and I was flung up slightly, then slammed back down and shouted "FUCK-" in pain, my back burning like hell. The bus went quiet for a second, everyone pausing to look at me, and I winced, trying to ignore the pain "Sorry...". Then everyone went back to chatting, and Aizawa gave me a stern but not angry look. We arrived back at the dorms, and we all changed out of our uniforms and into more comfortable clothes.

We all settled in and continued talking, and Momo made tea for everyone, but conveniently stumbled over some invisible force and spilled the burning drink all over me. Ochaco had lunged forward and used her quirk on the cup, but not in time to stop the tea. I shot up from my seat, feeling the nearly boiling liquid seep through my bandages and onto my burns. I quietly cursed to myself just standing there, then rushed off to the kitchen for the first aid kit, and Shoto quickly followed me. "Let me help." I opened my mouth to protest, but he looked at me calmly but guiltily and said "Please." I nodded in return. He pulled up a chair for me to sit in, then grabbed the kit and helped me remove my tea-soaked bandages, exposing slightly darkened, stretched scars up the back of both arms, extending around the sides in some places. Shoto stared, shocked and horrified for a moment. He snapped out of it, then quickly grabbed a towel and gently dabbed on my arms to dry them off, stopping when I winced in pain and gritted my teeth. He reached out with his right hand and carefully ran his fingers over both of my arms, a delicate frost forming and gently cooling them. I sighed and smiled at him "Thanks, that feels a lot better." and he nodded, then put new bandages on my arms.

I looked back to the group to see Momo acting extremely distressed about what she'd just done, and everyone consoling her and saying "It's ok" and "She knows it was an accident." and "See, she's just fine." The corner of my mouth pulled back on one side into an awkward half frown, then stood up and sighed "I'll be right back, I have to change into dry clothes.". I went up the elevator, frowning at the fact I couldn't just easily and quickly fly up to my balcony like usual. I went into my dorm and went through my clothes, changing into my Edgeshot t-shirt and my basketball shorts, then pulled on a hoodie knowing Midoriya would start ranting to me if he saw my shirt. I made my way back downstairs, and joined Shoto on the couch, quietly listening to the conversations that were going on around me. Momo didn't apologize, but it seems like everyone already forgot about it anyway. I felt my eyelids droop slightly and I was suddenly aware of how exhausting the day had been, and fell asleep on Shoto's shoulder.

~Timeskip 2 hours~

I heard the gentle whir of the elevator, and my eyes snapped open. I looked around in confusion, blinking and looking around. Looks like everyone went upstairs, and didn't want to wake me so Shoto laid me down on the couch to sleep. I rubbed my eyes and was about to sit up when the elevator opened and Bakugo and Midoriya stepped out. I lowered my eyelids slightly to appear asleep, bit watched them through my eyelashes. "What are they up to?" I wondered silently, watching them leave. As soon as they left, I sat up and went to follow them, but my wings rattled softly, but in the stillness of the empty common area it was deafening. I huffed in annoyance and peeled off my sweater, then tied it around my wings, the fabric silencing them, then grabbed the roll of bandaged from the kitchen, just in case I something happened and I needed to redo mine. I quietly slipped out of the door and followed them from afar, staying in the trees and bushes that lined the path in case they looked back, and so my footsteps wouldn't sound on the brick. "Kacchan. How far are we going? We shouldn't be walking around in the middle of the night." Midoriya reasoned, and I felt slightly guilty for constantly sneaking out. "Hello?" Midoriya asked, and I stopped, startled, but realized he had been talking to Bakugo still. We eventually reached Ground Beta, and I panicked, then quickly ran into a space between the buildings while they talked.

Sorry this is so late! Things have been crazy lately, I kinda forgot about this. But I'll try and keep it updated more frequently, hope you enjoy this chapter!
