~30 minutes passed~
(Y/n's P.O.V)
I heard an alarm go off on a phone and I sat up, blinking to clear my vision. I looked and saw it was Shoto's. I turned off the alarm, then whispered "Shoto, wake up." "mmm... nooo." He mumbled. I gave him a little shake, but he wouldn't wake up. I sighed, then said "I didn't want it to come to this..." I gave mischievous smile, then picked up one of the textbooks. I opened it to the middle, then slammed it shut. "WHU-" he said, sitting up and blinking a few times. "Sorry." I giggled. "AWKAWKAWK!" Karasu crowed. "Oh shush." I said, handing her another kumquat. I checked the time, then yawned. "I should probably head home, it's past dinner time." "Oh. Okay." Shoto said, then helped me gather my things. I picked up the pouch of konpeito, and looked it. Half empty. I tied a knot in the end, then put it in the bag along with the box of pocky and fruit. I stepped out of his room, and saw Endeavor open the door to a training room. "U-uh- um- Hello, sir." I said, giving a quick bow. "Tsk." he dismissed me and continued walking, bumping my shoulder as he went past. Shoto came out a few seconds later with Karasu. As he handed me Karasu, he said "Since it's past dinner, do you want anything to eat on the way home?" I took Karasu and trying to look unphased by Endeavor, I replied "No, it's alright. I'll just get something in in town." He gave me a hug, and then I left. I walked through the main part of the city, and found a vending machine. I looked through it trying to decide, and my eyes landed on an option.
(These are a real thing in Japan so I'm not pulling this out of my butt, they have hot canned ramen vending machines.)
I pushed the button for spicy chicken ramen, then put Karasu on my shoulder so I could take out my 300 yen (Translate to usd is 2.77 dollars.) and inserted it into the machine. The can was dispensed and I picked it up. "Ow! Shit." I grimaced at how hot it was. I went to pull down my sleeve so I could pick it up safely, only to discover it wasn't there. "Wait- shiiiiit noo." I quietly whined in frustration. At least Shoto could get it back to me tomorrow. I braced myself, then picked up the can again. I closed my eyes, waited for a few moments, then let out a large breath. I opened the can and took the small chopsticks off the side of it. I stood beside the machine and ate the ramen, appreciating the comfort food. I drank the rest of the broth when I was finished eating, then put the can in the waste basket beside the machine. I walked home and put Karasu in her little makeshift nest. " Keigo has been home more than usual lately, so he'll probably see this soon." I thought to myself, setting the half pouch of Konpeito on the counter with a note next to it that read "For Keigo. Sorry for being such a nuisance to exist around." I looked at again, glared at the last part and felt a faint, sharp pain in my heart. I went back to my room, then went to bed.
I got out of bed and put on my uniform then flew to school after leaving a small pile of fruit by Karasu. When I got there, Shoto was already in his seat. I walked over and took my seat. "Good morning, Shoto." I said. "Good morning. You left your jacket at my house yesterday." "Oh yeah, sorry about that." "It's alright. Here." He said, handing me my jacket which was now washed, ironed, and crisply folded. "Wow, thanks!" I said, taking it and carefully setting it in my bag. "You wanna study at my house today?" I offered. "Yeah." He responded. We breezed through the day again, then walked to my house together. I unlocked the door and let him in ahead of me. Once we were in I closed the door and we took off our shoes and went to my room. As soon as I opened the door, we were greeted by Karasu shrieking at us. I laughed and told her to calm down. We set out the textbooks and sheets on my bed and sat on either side of it. (Have a shitty drawing of your room's layout that I did at 4:57 in the fuckin AM)
