(Y/n's P.O.V)
I quickly ducked and wove between people, following the following the flow of the crowd. I eventually ended up in a square full of people, and I stood on my toes and scanned for my classmates. I looked over and recognized Midoriya's fluffy hair. "Midoriya! Oy, over here!" I shouted, pushing through the crowd. "(Y/n)! You're ok!" he said after finding me. I staggered over to him and when I reached him I pulled him into a tight hug. "Wha-?" he gasped. "I'm so glad to see you. You too Iida and Kirishima! I'm so glad you're alright after those injuries you got at camp, I was worried!" I said, releasing him. "We're glad you're ok too, (Y/n). You're wings are still hurt, but are you alright otherwise?" Kirishima asked. "Yeah, I'm fine, thanks for asking. My feathers will grow back in a day or two, so it's alright." I responded, shifting my injured leg behind the other.
Suddenly two news helicopters flew overhead, and we looked up at the screen above. We watched the scene play out, and watched as All Might almost took out the helicopter. "The scene below's something straight out of a nightmare. Half of Kamino Ward was demolished in a single, horrifying instant. All Might is currently fighting the villain who appears to have cause the blast. I can't believe it! How is one person so powerful? He's destroyed the city and is more than holding his own against the Symbol of Peace." the reporter exclaimed as we watched in horror, the people around us murmuring. In a strong attack, All Might changed. Standing there in the now over sized costume was the frail, skeletal man from the police station. "A-All Might? What?!" gasped, confused and in disbelief. "There's a woman stuck under there!" A person from the crowded asked, and ripples of murmurs and gasps broke out. "Uh. What's wrong? Is-Is everyone else seeing this? It looks like All Might's been shrunk somehow!" the reporter stuttered in surprise. All Might and All For One shouted something at each other, and suddenly All Might froze, unmoving, with a shocked look on his face. "Beat this guy." Bakugo whispered next to me. "You have to win!" I shouted out loud, my heart wrenching at the thought of him losing. People around us began to panic and chatter, until it became a yelling mob of cheering people. "Win this!" Midoriya said, crying. "Beat him!" Bakugo shouted. "Come on, All Might!" they yelled together. "You can do this, All Might! You've just gotta win!" I cried out. We watched the screen as All Might persisted, powering up his arm, Endeavor and Edgeshot joining shortly after. Kamui and Tiger came, rescuing Mount Lady and the civilian who cheered on All Might. I began screaming encouragement at the screen, tears pouring down my face, joined by the people around me. All For One started powering up his arm into a giant lump are spikes, flesh, and veins, staring down All Might who looked barely strong enough to remain standing. They swung towards each other, making impact with each other's fists. They remained even, but suddenly All Might was pushed back, and we all gasped or screamed.
He quickly regained footing and continued to resist, and powering up his other arm. Suddenly, All Might lunged forward, and punched All For One, with a punch so powerful it created a tornado, which flung the helicopter around a bit. Once the helicopter steadied, we could see that All Might had defeated the villain. Standing over All For One, he raised his fist towards the sky, his iconic move, a show of victory. The reporter let out a sob and shouted "All Might wins!" We all screamed and cheered, almost everyone was in tears. "HE WON! ALL MIGHT WON!" I screamed joyfully, wiping my tears. "The villain's not moving! He's knocked out! All Might stands victorious! He's saved us yet again!" the reporter screamed gleefully, and All Might reassumed his usual large, muscular form, but staggered slightly. Everyone around us what chanting All Might's name, and I stood there smiling up at screen, tears falling down my face. After a few minutes, the camera view changed to a reporter on the battlefield. "The heroes began rescue operations during All Might's fight, but the scope of the damage is staggering. Authorities are estimating a large number of causalities. The villain who caused this is- Oh! There! He's being led into the maiden right now!" The camera turned to show All For One walking into the maiden, and Endeavor keeping watch. "Meanwhile, All Might and other heroes remain on high alert!" the reporter continued. "We can't go anywhere. I wish we could find Todoroki and Yaoyorozu." Iida piped up. "Let's just head that way. We should let the heroes know we got Bakugo and (Y/n) in case they're lookin for them." Kirishima suggested. "Good idea." Iida agreed.
We began to walk away, but suddenly All Might spoke, his finger pointed at the camera. "Now. Now. It's your turn." Everyone began to cheer again, but Midoriya stopped and stared. We all paused and looked up at the screen, but Midoriya started sobbing. I went over to him and wrapped my arm around him but said nothing, not knowing how else to help except just be there. I held him next to me as he kept crying and wiping away his tears, and when he couldn't cry anymore, he looked at me and sniffled. "Thanks, (Y/n). I'm okay now." "You sure?" I checked, still worried. "Yeah." he assured me. "We should take you two into the police station, I'm sure they need to question you." Iida said, and I felt my heart quicken with panic. I shifted over to Bakugo, and he whispered "Don't worry. I don't feel like saying a damn thing about it. As far as I'm concerned, you were fast asleep for the whole night." I smiled back and sighed, then we continued walking, but I stumbled and fell, unable to support my weight on my injured leg now that I wasn't in Fight or Flight mode. "(Y/n)! You said you were alright!" Kirishima yelped, and helped me up. "Sorry, I lied." I said, and he helped me walk. We eventually met up with Shoto and Momo, but I was to tired to say anything, and my mind was clouded by remembering the events of the ally way with Dabi. Kirishima shifted me over onto Shoto, who helped me walk the rest of the way. The five of them brought Bakugo and I to the police station, but neither of us said a word the whole way. After intense questioning, we came out. I looked over at him nervously, and he said "What? Why are you so worried about sleeping for so long you damn feather bitch? You were tired and hurt, so why wouldn't you?!" I let out a sigh of relief, then held up my hand, which he gave a swift but painful high five.
~Later That Day~
(Shoto's P.O.V)
(Y/n) was oddly quiet and kept exchanging scared glances with Bakugo, but I'm sure it was because of the things they must've seen while kidnapped. I had been extremely relieved knowing that she was back safe, and that I would be able to protect her. I arrived at my door and Fuyumi greeted me. "There you are, Shoto! I was afraid something had happened to you. After you visited Mom, you stopped responding to my messages, so what was I supposed to think?" "I'm sorry, Sis." I apologized, then the whole house shook, causing her to wince then laugh nervously. "He's been like that ever since he came home. Feel free to go say hi. I also fed your bird while you were away. She doesn't seem to like dad very much." I listened and heard rapid, loud crows from my room. I walked inside towards the training room and thought to myself. "If All Might really can't be the hero he once was anymore, then the number-one spot... is finally my father's" I looked at the sign above the door, and memories of my childhood flashed through my mind. I peered in to see everything up in flames, and smashed or destroyed, with my father sitting on the floor in the middle of it all. "I don't accept it. Not like this! I should've earned it myself. Not by him failing!" he grumbled and complained. I walked past the room and opened my door, and Karasu fluttered onto my shoulder. I smiled at her and went inside, then lied down one the floor with a sigh of satisfaction.
