This one is a little short and the next one is a little long. There was just no good place to break up the two. Please forgive me and I will make it up to you next chapter. Also if you haven't already please check out my new story called Blank Space!
The car stopped in front of the Palm Restaurant. Blake opened the door and reached back in and grabbing Brielle’s hand as he helped her out of the car. This would be their first public outing together since the two had become a couple. Brielle was a little nervous how it would go.
She braced herself for the slew of reporters and questions she was sure would be waiting for her and to her surprise there were none. She wasn’t sure how Blake did it but he had managed to take them around the city in an expensive car to an expensive restaurant and no one had caught on. Brielle had a feeling Blake’s security team probably had something to do with it.
Blake led the two of them into the restaurant where they were both immediately led to a table in the back and away from everyone else.
“Enjoy your meal,” The hostess smiled at the two of them before walking away and leaving them alone.
“This is really nice,” Brielle smiled at him.
“It is. We need to go out more often,” Blake smiled at her.
“How did you manage all of this without the press finding out?” Brielle asked him.
“Security,” Blake shrugged. “Oh and nothing is under my real name,” He smirked at her.
“Ah so we’re screwed when we leave is that what you’re saying?” Brielle laughed.
“Such a downer. Don’t worry about that right now, just enjoy it,” Blake said grabbing her hand.
“Hi I’m Dan, I’ll be you waiter this evening. What can I get you two to drink?” Dan smiled at the two.
“Do you want wine?” Blake asked looking at Brielle.
“Sure,” Brielle smiled at him.Blake ordered their wine and the waiter walked away to grab it.
“Still think I’m buttering you up for something?” Blake smirked at her.
“Think or know?” Brielle challenged.
“Fine,” Blake sighed. “I may have a couple things to talk to you about,”
“What did you do?” Brielle glared at him.
“Why does it have to mean I did something?” Blake asked as the waiter brought their bottle of wine to the table.
The two stopped their conversation as Dan poured them each a glass and placing the bottle in a silver metal bucket that had ice in it to keep the wine cold. He took their dinner orders before leaving them to their conversation.
