Brielle’s heart was racing as the realization of what was going on finally hit her. She could feel the tears welling up in her eyes as Blake took a deep breath.

“Brielle. I knew from the moment I met you I couldn’t live without you in my life. It took a lot of wrong turns and bad decisions for me to realize exactly where I need you to be. I need you right beside me. I want to wake up next to you every morning. I want to fall asleep holding you every night. I want to raise our babies together. I want you to be mine forever,” Blake smiled getting down on one knee as he pulled the velvet box out of his pocket opening it in front of him. “Brielle will you marry me?”

Brielle took a deep breath as the tears started pouring down her cheeks. She couldn’t describe the feeling she had right then but she knew she had never felt as happy as she felt in that moment.

“Yes Blake,” Brielle whispered as Blake slid the beautiful diamond ring on her finger and stood up.

“I love you Brielle,” Blake whispered pulling her into him and planting a searing kiss on her lips.

As if it was planned to happen that way John started over ‘All of Me’ this time a little louder as Blake and Brielle danced.

“I can’t believe you brought in John Legend for this,” Brielle laughed looking up at Blake their faces just inches apart.

“Really? You know me,” Blake laughed.

“I know. We’re going to have a conversation about this ring too,” Brielle said giving him a knowing look.

“Nope it’s perfect,” Blake said cutting her off as he kissed her.

Brielle sighed into the kiss as Blake’s arms tightened around her. The two continued swaying together as the song came to an end and John started a piano version of You & I.

“How did you pull this off?” Brielle asked smirking up at him.

“All of those phone calls and texts while we were gone,” Blake smirked back. “And mom, dad, and Taylor,” Blake said gesturing up at the balcony above them.

Brielle looked up at a weeping Gail and a smiling Tommy and Taylor who seemed to be talking to someone on the same level Blake and Brielle were on. She looked down and saw Marieka with a video recorder. She laughed and shook her head.

“I love your family,” Brielle said looking back up at Blake.

“I’m glad because you’re about to be part of it,” Blake smiled.

“So now what?” Brielle asked expectantly.

“You have to be the most impatient person I know. Just live in the moment for a little bit,” Blake laughed at her.

Brielle conceded and leaned into him as he moved to the two of them to John’s voice. She closed her eyes trying to take everything in. The music, what had just happened, and the fact that she was engaged to the love of her life. It didn’t get any better than this.
