The next few days had been full of fun and adventure. You felt so much happier.

You had just got back from a planet that was full of nature and only plants inhabited it. Giant alien plants and trees towered over you and the different shades of green camouflaged the landscape.

You were all enjoying looking around and it was all going so well... until Graham decided he needed a sit down. He didn't realise that he had sat on a plant. The plant began to move and come alive. It looked like a ginormous Venus fly trap. Grahams face was a picture, but you all began to worry when the plant stretched out and you could see its fierce looking teeth.

You all began to manically run back to the Tardis but more of them had emerged from the undergrowth and you all had to dodge and dive back to safety.

"Honestly Graham! Why did you have to sit there..." the doctor said.

"I didn't know it would try to eat me, did I?" he laughed.

You were all slightly out of breath and were grateful to back inside the Tardis.

"I'm getting to old for this" Graham grumbled as he tried to catch his breath.

"Nahh, What your only like in your nineties?" you asked, teasing him.

"Cheeky git!" Graham replied.

"I'm joking" you laughed.

"Speaking of age, isn't it your birthday soon Ryan?" Yaz asked.

"Yeah" he grinned, "the day after tomorrow".

"We'll have to do something fun" the doctor said excitedly, "I love a good birthday!" she grinned.

"I'm just going to go and freshen up" you said, "I need a shower after all that running  and that planet were right humid!" you laughed.

"Good idea" the doctor said.

"Why? You want to join me" you smirked.

Her cheeks blushed slightly.

"off with you!" she laughed, shooing you with her hands.

You felt nice and refreshed after a shower and by changing into some clean and comfy clothes.

You headed to the library as this was usually where everyone went for a chat in the evenings.

However, when you got there, you realised that it was empty.

You headed over to the alcove with the piano in and smiled at the guitar the doctor especially had made for you. You sat on the piano stall and picked up your guitar.

You loved that it was Tardis blue and the neck of the guitar had the same rainbow stripe as the doctors t-shirt. It reminded you of her.

The last few days, you had been unable to stop thinking about her. The way her eyes lit up, how each little thing excited her and her cute little face scronch. You loved how kind and caring she was and couldn't get rid the memory of her lips brushing against yours, even if it was just for a second.

You gently began to strum and play your guitar, thinking of the doctor...

Wise men say, only fools rush in.

But I can't help falling in love with you.

Shall I stay?

Would it be a sin

If I can't help falling in love with you.

Like a river flows, surely to the sea.
