The doctor still had a hold of your hand as you all headed down the abandoned and desolated street, towards the church.

The full moon cast a glow over the town, you could see the shadowed outline of your destination, in the distance.

The church looked ancient, crooked and run down. You could see the graveyard surrounding it, the old and crumbling gravestones, slanted and scattered all around.

"Looks cheery, doesn't it," Graham joked.

"We all need to stay close together, I'm not going to lie, I can't tell you exactly what we're heading into...it will be dangerous, if any of you want to head back to the Tardis...you can walk away from this" the doctor said, looking at you all in turn, a worried expression on her face.

"We're not leaving you" Yaz said, "We're with you, whatever happens."

The doctor offered her a warm smile.

"You know I'll always be by your side" you said, squeezing her hand gently.

"I'm not going anywhere" Ryan added.

"Although it does sound tempting...we do this together" Graham said, with a smile.

"Aww... my fam" the doctor grinned.

You were now standing outside the churchyard gates. The doctor pushed one of them open, it creaked and groaned in protest.

"Torches out" she instructed.

You walked through the eerie graveyard, towards the large wooden doors of the church.

You looked around, your surrounds gave you the creeps and you felt a shiver run down your spine at the spooky atmosphere.

The doctor seemed to notice and turned to you.

"ok?" she asked.

"Yeah, this place just gives me the creeps" you replied.

Suddenly a large black raven flew past, letting out a loud screech, causing you all to jump.

Ryan let out a high-pitched scream and clung onto Grahams arm.

"Alright there, Ryan?" you all laughed.

"I thought you didn't get scared" you teased.

The doctor headed over to the doors and pushed them open. The ancient wood creaked loudly, echoing throughout the inside of the church.

"Could they be any louder!" the doctor said, shaking her head.

You all stepped inside, heading down the church nave towards the alter. Pews were running down either side of you.

Surprisingly, the lights were on.

"They must be expecting us" the doctor sighed.

"This doesn't look much like a spaceship" Graham said.

"I reckon the main room is probably past the alter and down those steps" the doctor explained.

"What like in the basement?" Yaz asked.

"Of course, it would be in the basement!" Ryan said, placing a hand on his forehead.

"At least there's no sign of those creatures..." Graham said, just as you all reached the alter.

As soon as he said that, the lights suddenly switched off, cascading you all into darkness.

"Honestly Graham...you had to say that, didn't you!" you sighed.

"Stay close, torches on" the doctor instructed.

You all turned them on quickly and shone them around you, expecting to have something jump out at you, at any moment.
