A Sky Full of Stars - 13th Doctor x Reader

Sanctuary

You woke up the next day full of excitement.

The doctor looked down at you, as you opened your eyes and  began to stretch out your body.

"Morning beautiful" she smiled.

You grinned at her, "Morning" you laughed.

She lent down and gave you a quick kiss on the lips.

"I'm so glad I can just do that now" the doctor smiled.

"You did anyway" you laughed, "Tardis roof, remember!" you smirked.

"Oh yeah, just couldn't help myself" she laughed.

"so...where are you taking me tonight?" you asked eagerly.

"You'll just have to wait and see, no spoilers" she laughed.

You giggled. "Ok, I'm really looking forward to it" you smiled.

"Good...I'm so glad this is happening" the doctor grinned.

"Now..." she suddenly leapt up and pulled you closer to her. She pulled you into her lap, so she had one arm supporting your back and the other under your knees.

"that's one way to get me up" You laughed.

She stood up with you still in her arms. She carried you as though you were as light as a feather, with her time lord strength.

"What are you doing?" you laughed.

"Taking you to the kitchen so that I can make my girlfriend some breakfast" she grinned and kissed the top of your head.

You could not help but laugh as she happily began skipping down the Tardis corridors with you in her arms.

The doctor had cooked you an amazing breakfast. The others joined you and you all ate together. 

The doctor had then took you all to an alien planet called sanctuary. The planet was beautiful and had a peaceful feel to it. As soon as you stepped out of the Tardis doors, you felt your body begin to unwind and relax.

The doctor had explained how the planets natural gasses and aroma caused this. The air smelt amazing, it was infused with all sorts of delightful fragrances. You could smell fresh flowers, lavender, strawberries and a hole range of other things.

Sanctuary was known for its spas. The doctor had booked you all in for a visit. You had enjoyed the most extraordinary and amazing full body massage. You also had a facial and your skin felt soft and refreshed.

You all headed back to the Tardis feeling like new people. You were so unbelievably relaxed.

"That was so relaxing doctor, thank you!" you grinned.

"Can't we just go there everyday?" Graham laughed.

"I feel sooo relaxed" Ryan added with a yawn.

"That was the best massage I have ever had!" Yaz added.

You let out a massive yawn.

"Maybe its made you too relaxed" the doctor laughed, "Can't have you falling asleep on our date later!"

"The table's booked for 9pm, Its only 4 now, did you need a nap?" she giggled, tucking a loose strand of hair behind your ear.

"I think I might have too" you laughed, the others agreed.

"Don't worry, it's supposed to make you feel that way, after a snooze, you'll feel revitalised and full of energy" she grinned.

"Don't you feel tired?" you asked her.

"The planets atmosphere doesn't affect Time-lords as much as humans" she explained.

You nodded your head and gave her a smile.

You turned to look at Graham, Yaz and Ryan, they were all yawning and looked like they could all fall asleep, you were glad they felt the same as you.

"Come on" the doctor laughed, guiding you gently into the corridor.

"Let's get you comfy" she smiled.

She pulled you into her room and you greatly climbed into her bed.

The doctor was quick to follow and pulled you closer to her body. She was sitting against some pillows, you snuggled into her so your head was resting against her chest.

You listened to the mesmerising sound of her heartbeats. They sounded so beautiful.

"My favourite thing to listen too" you smiled.

The doctor gently pulled your face upwards,  so you were looking up at hers. She touched your cheek gently and looked lovingly at your face, "My favourite thing to see" she grinned.

She pulled you in to a soft and gently kiss.

When you parted you could feel your cheeks blushing and a warm smile appear on your face.

You rested your head back down and the doctor began to gently run her fingers through your hair.

Your smile did not fade as you gently drifted off into a peaceful sleep.
