Haunted

"Are we really doing this?" Graham questioned, "Weren't the angels scary enough for you all?"

"That is a good point..." you laughed, "But I like the idea of investigating a supposedly haunted place" you added.

"Who you gonna call?" Yaz suddenly said.

"Ghostbusters!" you shouted back, everyone laughing.

"Remember, we all stick together and no wandering off" the doctor reminded you all, as she began entering the co-ordinates into the Tardis console.

"Hold on..." she grinned, pulling down on the wonderous lever that could take you anywhere, throughout the vast universe.

You held on tight to the closest shard, as the Tardis travelled inside the time vortex, hurling you through time and space.

She landed with a familiar thud.

"I'm excited!" the doctor grinned.

She handed each of you a torch, "We'll probably need them" she explained.

"Everyone, behind me..." she said, as she crept to the Tardis doors.

She pulled them open and poked her head out..."I'd say where definitely in the right place" you could hear her say.

She stepped out and you all followed after her.

It was dusk and the sky was slowly darkening, the blackness threatening to cover it entirely soon. A luminous moon shone, covering everything in an eerie white glow.

You looked around you at the deserted and abandoned town. Not a soul was in sight, just empty, run down buildings.

Some appeared to be old shops, houses and you could see an ancient and crooked looking church at the top of the hill.

Ahead of you, stood a large, eerie and worn looking hotel. Some of the windows were boarded up, some appeared to be smashed and the whole place was giving off a horrifyingly evil vibe.

You felt the hairs on the back of your neck beginning to stand on end, whilst a shiver run down your spine and through your whole body. You really did have the feeling of being watched.

You stared around, wide eyed, taking in the creepy atmosphere.

You looked up at the hotel and your eyes instantly darted towards a darkened window.

You swear you had seen an odd figure appear there, just for a second. As soon as you looked away, you looked back again but could not remember seeing anything at all...

You suddenly became very aware of the sound around you and were shocked when you realised that it was deadly silent.

Not one gust of wind, scutter of an animal or even the breath of the people beside you could be heard.

"This doesn't give off a creepy vibe at all..." Graham said beside you, causing you to jump.

"Ok there (y/n)" he laughed at you, "I thought Ryan was the one who was supposed to be jumpy" he laughed.

"What are you talking about?" you questioned, forgetting about the profound silence you had just witnessed and the sound of his voice, making you jump.

The doctor pulled out her sonic, doing her usual scan of when you land somewhere new, the tip glowing a brilliant shade of orange.
