"Oh, god, where is it!" Patton exclaimed, looking through the drawers of his jewellery box.

"Patton? What are you doing?" Virgil asked, walking in. Patton looked up. He sighed and shut the small drawer.

"I'm looking for this locket that Abuelita Jazmine gave me. But I can't find it." Patton said. Virgil rubbed his eye tiredly.

"Patton..." He looked at the clock. "It's 4 am. Why do you need to find this locket?"

"I just do!" He exclaimed. "It's important to me, I need it!"

"Patton, I say again... It's 4 AM! You don't need to do this right now!" Virgil exclaimed. Patton sighed and sat down on his bed.

"Sorry. I'll do it in the morning." Virgil nodded before walking off.

And Patton did. He spent all morning, 6 and half hours looking for this locket, all over the house, yet, he couldn't find it.

He miserably got to Where Sleep Sleeps, tears escaping his eyes. He sat, sipping his hot chocolate quietly.

"Patton?" He heard, getting his attention. Logan. He's a good friend of Patton's. "Patton, are you alright?" He asked, taking a seat next to Patton. The rest of their little friend group (Roman, Virgil, and Remy) joined them.

"I'm fine." Patton fibbed with a small sniffle. "It's fine, it doesn't matter."

"Patton, what's wrong? We care about you, it's alright." Logan said, his voice soft. Patton took a breath.

"I, uh, just can't find this locket that Abuelita Jazmine gave me. I spent almost 7 hours looking for it, I practically tore our home apart." Patton said. He looked at Virgil. "S-Sorry."

"Patton, it's alright."

"Why were you so determined to find this small piece of jewellery?" Roman asked. Patton froze.

"It doesn't matter, whatever. I, uh, have to get some supplies for class tomorrow." Patton hopped out of his seat and left the coffeehouse.

"What was that about?" Remy asked, everyone's eyes looking at Virgil.

"Don't look at me, Logan's Patton's best friend!" Virgil said defensively. They looked at Logan. Logan adjusted his glasses before walking out of the coffee house.

"It's a gold locket with a heart extrusion and the words 'remember the good times,' engraved on the back!" Logan said over the phone. Virgil opened the door, hearing Logan on the phone. "No, I understand that, but--" Logan stopped. "Sophia! This is--" He stopped again. "Yes." Virgil looked at him, confused, putting his spare key down on a table. "Yes. My apologies. It's just very important." Logan nodded. "Yes, I understand. Thank you. Goodbye." Logan hung up.

"What the living hell was that?" Virgil asked. Logan cleared his throat, crossing something off his yellow legal pad.

"I'm doing something. It's important, why are you here?" Logan asked, writing something down.

"Oh, well, you didn't come to the sale at Office Max and I thought something was wrong." Virgil said.

"That's unimportant." Logan said. "Now, just be quiet for a moment." He said, dialling a number on his phone.

"Why? What the hell are you--"

"Primo antonio ¿Sabes dónde está el relicario de la Abuela Jazmin?" Logan asked. (Spanish for "Cousin Antonio Do you know where Grandma Jazmin's locket is?") Virgil mumbled the words under his breath.
