Chapter 45: Youth

Bella's POV

"Cheers to our last day of school!" Sigawan ng blockmates ko, nagkaron kami ng konting pagsasalo-salo sa room bilang pagcelebrate ng pagtatapos ng school year na to.

"Bella halika dito, ang sarap ng pizza oh!" yaya saken ni Judith.

Pumunta ako sa lamesa kung saan nakahain ang mga pizza, naramdaman ko ang titig ng mga kaklase ko.

"So Bella, ikaw pala ang girlfriend ni Liam?" tanong ni Trixie.

I gently nodded. "Gosh! Pano mo nagawa yon? May ginamit ka bang gayuma?" tanong ng tropa niya.

"Grabe ang suwerte mo, Bella." Sabi pa ng isa. Nginitian ko lang sila.

"Tigil-tigilan niyo na kaibigan ko ha? Hindi niya yun ginayuma at si Liam pa nga ang unang nagkagusto sa kanya eh." Depensa saken ni Judith.

I can feel Trixie's intense stare at me as I silently eat the pizza in the corner.

"Bes parang kulang ng panulak tong kinakain natin. Kuha ka naman dun oh, sabay mo na ko please?" Ani ni Judith sabay pa-cute.

I playfully rolled my eyes at her then headed towards the beverage area na tabi lang ng pintuan ng classroom. Pakuha na sana ako ng baso nang may naunang nakakuha nito. I looked up and saw Ethan, parehas kaming nagulat at nahiya.

"I uhmm, about yesterday, Bella it was-" hindi na natuloy ni Ethan ang sasabihin at bigla nalang itong lumayo nang parang may nakitang multo sa nakabukas na pinto.

I checked what he was looking at then saw Liam. His arms are crossed, his eyes are cold as ice as he leans against the doorframe. I didn't want him to get the wrong idea, so I pretended to be unaware of his death stare and gave him a wide smile.

"Liam! Anong ginagawa mo dito?" tanong ko.

"Sinusundo girlfriend ko, di ba tapos na class mo?" sabi niya.

"Awwiiiiit! Sana ol sinusundo." Hiyawan ng mga kaklase ko.

"May year-end party ang org at ia-announce na rin ang next set of Executive Board. Excited ka na?" tanong ni Liam.

Oo nga pala, ngayon na pala yun.

During the year-end Party

"Cheers to a very successful year!" sigaw ni Chad.

Nagtaas ang lahat ng kanilang basong may laman na beer para makipag-toast. "Farewell message naman galing sa President natin!" sabi ni Maine.

"What should I say? I mean, it's been a wonderful roller coaster ride for our organization. We've had our ups and downs but we stayed closer. I'm honored to be your President and thank you for all your support." Sabi ni Lianne.

"Oh, EVP naman!" sabi ni Chad.

Liam stepped up, "As your EVP, maraming Salamat sa tiwalang binigay niyo saken, this has been my home for 3 years and it is also so sad on my part that this is going to be my last year."

"Hindi ba pwedeng mag-extend yan for Presidency?" kantyaw ni Chad.

"Thank you talaga guys, but I want to focus on my Acads as I'm going to prepare for Medicine Proper next year. I hope you all understand, though I believe that the new President that we elected is truly worthy of the position." Biglang kinabahan ang lahat sa pahayag ni Liam.

"And with that, we're going to announce the next set of Executive Board of Theatrical Arts Organization." Masayang sabi ni Lianne.

"Let's start with the Vice President for Talents and Recruitment... Judith Barcellano! Congratulations!"
