I walked into the house and scratched my head. My mother was still out of town and Numani was still here. Me and her really cool though, she not as bad as I thought she was gonna be. She don't be in my way forreal and I don't be in hers.
"Who that?" Numani asked walking to the top of the steps, I looked up and she nodded. "Oh.." She said.
"Um..One of my homeboys finna come over so if you need sum we gon be in my room.." I said, she smirked.
"Homeboy? Mhm." She said nodding with a smile.
"What?" I asked walking up the steps.
"It's just, He don't be looking at you like you his home girl.." She said, I chuckled. girl mind yours.
"Well, He got long eyelashes so sometimes they get in his eye.." I said, she busted out laughing.
"Ok.." She said walking away. "And if you need my help taking your hair out let me know.." She said, I scrunched my face up and eyed her.
"What you tryna say?" I asked.
"You need to take your hair out. It's a li too frizzy.." She said, I sucked my teeth and scratched my head.
"I'm waiting for my hair to come in.." I said.
"Ouu what you getting done?" She asked with a smile.
"I'm getting a ponytail.." I said.
"Follow me back on da gram.." She said, I unlocked my phone and passed her my phone. She started typing and then gave me back my phone.
The front door opened and Kadar walked in. I eyed him and watched as he closed the door and locked it with a mug before walking up the steps and eyeing me.
He leaned over and pecked my lips.
"Fuck you got the door unlocked for?" He asked.
"I just got inna house.." I said, he looked over at my sister who was looking at us with a smile.
"You needa start locking yo doors.." He said.
"Youn lock your door.." I said mugging him.
"You ain't me.." He replied. "This yo sister?" He asked.
"Yeah, Numani this Ace. Ace this Numani.." I introduced them, Kadar mugged her and she just looked between us.
"This the homeboy?" She asked pointing at him, he scrunched his face up and looked at me. I smiled before nodding.
