I was walking down the halls with Ciel, when a thought had crossed my mind. “So where are all the servants? When we were growing up you’d see the servants all over the place! I know we had around 30 of them. I haven’t seen any here yet, besides for Sebastian.”
“Yes, well I have only employed 3 other servants aside from him. I have a housemaid, a chef, even though he is only good for setting the kitchen on fire. And I also have a gardener. As I said before, Sebastian is an able butler. He takes care of everything else around here that needs to be done.” He explains. I then come to a stop as I have him stop as well. I take a look around to make sure nobody else was around before I speak up. “What is it-”
“I know about Sebastian.” I interrupt, and he looks at me surprised. “What do you mean by that?”
“I know he is a demon!” I practically whisper out. “What the devil are you talk-”
“Don’t lie to me, Ciel! I am your older sister after all! I know that he is a demon under a contract with you! Is that where your seal is? Underneath your eye patch?!” I asked, almost reaching up to his eye. “How do you know about that?!”
“Please! I am a Phantomhive! I do know about demons, angels and reapers. And I know enough that you got yourself tangled up with a demon of all things! There is no way you could have rebuilt the manor in such a short amount of time!” I could go on about my knowledge, but I won’t. For now anyway.
“I get it. You want revenge. But that won’t bring anyone else back! You’re only throwing your life away! Who is going to police the underworld when you’re gone?! What about Elizabeth?! Or what about-”
“That’s enough! This is my business so stay out of it! At that point in time it was either be KILLED or save myself and get what I wanted before I do die! At that point I knew mother and father were already gone, I saw your DEAD body, and I had witnessed our brother being murdered right in front of me! What else was I supposed to do?! I’m going to be dead anyway, so what’s it matter if it’s on hold for a little longer?!”
“Young master! You wanted to see us?” We heard someone say, which had startled me. I look over in the direction from which the voice came from, and seen 3 people making their way over to us. They must be the servants he was telling me about. There was a taller man, who is sturdily built, and had dirty blond hair and blue eyes. I assume he is the chef as he was wearing a long white apron. He also had a pair of goggles hanging around his neck and a cigarette dangling from his mouth. So Ciel just lets people smoke in the house?! Then there was a female with red hair that were in pigtails and hazel eyes. She was clearly the maid as she was wearing a maid’s uniform. She was also wearing a large pair of round glasses and had on a pair of lace up boots, which was kind of odd. Then the other boy must have been the gardener, as he had a straw hat hanging from the back of his neck. He looks to be just a teenage boy, and he has large turquoise eyes, which had to be my favorite part about him. He also has short strawberry blond hair that was clipped back with 5 bobby pins. 2 were on his right side and 3 were on his left. He was wearing a plain yellowish shirt and plaid pants that were also yellow.
“Oh! Who is this lady? Is she going to be a new servant?” The younger boy asks. “How exciting! To have another female servant with us!” The maid then exclaims.
“Hold up!” I shout out before they could get too carried away. “I am no servant! I won’t be working here. I just came to visit my baby brother!” Everyone gasps at the news.
“Baby brother?! Young master, you never told us you had a sister!” The cook exclaims, to which I laugh. “Oh, yes! I thought I had lost him a couple of years ago! So when I had learned he was still alive, I came here immediately to see it for myself!” Ciel then clears his throat.
“Yes. Well, everyone! This is my sister, (Y/N) Phantomhive. (Y/N), this is the chef, Bardroy. Mey-Rin is the maid, and Finnian here, is the gardener.” Ciel introduces. “It’s so nice to meet you, Lady (Y/N)! And you can call me Finny!” The younger boy exclaims, excitedly.
“It’s nice to meet you too, Finny! Mey-Rin, what a lovely name! And you as well, Bardroy!”
“So are you going to be staying here for a while?” Asks Mey-Rin. “How long will you be staying for?” Bardroy then asks. “There really isn’t a need for me to stay here, I have my own place in London. Though, it isn’t nearly as fancy as the manor.”
“This is the Phantomhive manor after all! You are a Phantomhive, too! Finny points out. “I am aware of that-”
“We can discuss that later, (Y/N). Nina is on her way, she should be here any moment.” Ciel interrupts. “Yes, of course. It was nice meeting you all! I’m sure I’ll see you again later!”
As soon as we made it to the stairs, there came a knock on the door, to which Sebastian opens it and greets Nina. “Good evening, Nina! I’m glad you can make it at such short notice and at a time like this.”
“That’s only because I heard Lady (Y/N) is back! Now where is she?! I must see her!” she pushes Sebastian to the side and sees me immediately. “Lady (Y/N)! It’s true after all! I’m so happy to see you again!” she exclaims, rather excitedly. She then rushes up the stairs to embrace me in a tight hug.
“You haven’t changed a bit, my lady! You are still as gorgeous as ever! How old are you now, 18?” She asks as she lets go. “Yes, that is correct. And thank you, Nina! I see you haven’t changed much, either!” I laugh nervously. She was still as loud as ever. Though, I noticed her apparel was different. That has definitely changed.
