Undertaker’s POV

I had just got Amora seated and continued making breakfast just as Lord Phantomhive and his butler walked in. “Undertaker, Amora, are you about?” We heard him ask as they entered through the living room.

“We’re in the kitchen.” Amora answered before I could. Grabbing a glass quick, I pour some coconut water for her to help with her blood loss from last night. I quickly cover my eyes as I hand her the glass just as they walked in, and I noticed her attempting to cover her neck with her hair as she thanked me for the water.

“Good morning, my lord. What brings you here at this hour of the morning?” I questioned as I give him a wide grin. “I wanted to see if you guys wanted to continue planning for your wedding today.” He answered as I checked on the food.

“We were actually just talking about that a little while ago. I wouldn’t mind checking out the shop down the street here.” Amora answers. “Amora, have you been crying? What did he do to you?!” Her brother demands, and I turned to them and frowned at his accusation. Not gonna lie, but that actually stung a little.

“What makes you think he’s to blame?! He hasn’t done a thing but treat me right! He’s been treating me so perfectly, I just felt like I didn’t deserve how well he treats me. I only cried because I felt like I didn’t deserve him.” She snapped, and I couldn’t help but smile. But that was quickly replaced with another frown as I focused back on the food. She doesn’t think she deserves me? Why and how could she think that?

“I see. I apologize for my quick accusation, the last thing I want to see is my sister getting hurt again. I have had my faults in the past by hurting you, making you go to that party. I don’t want to see you hurt again.”

I pull out the bacon before I hear him speaking again. “Undertaker, I deeply apologize for my reaction. I’m happy to hear you are treating her well. I hope you can forgive me.” I slightly turn my head in his direction for a split second before returning my attention back to the eggs.

“All is well, my lord. I promise you I would never hurt her in any sort of way.” I then pull out the fruit from the fridge and mix them into a small bowl before dishing up the eggs and bacon for her.

Suddenly, Sebastian appears beside me asking if he could help. “Actually, can you grab the lettuce from the fridge?” I asked before turning around to look at Amora. “My dear, can I get you some more coconut water? Or would you prefer something else?”

“Do we still have orange juice?” She questions, and Sebastian asks what he should do with the lettuce. “Just make a small salad.” I quickly answer as I grab her glass.

“Yes, we do. Would you like a glass?” I ask sweetly as I lean down to her, and she smiles. God, I love her smile! “Please?” I give her a quick peck on the lips. “Absolutely.” I rinse out her cup before pouring her the juice, and I hand her the glass before I finish dishing up her plate.

As I hand her the plate, with the fruit and salad, I turn my attention back to her brother. “Lord Phantomhive, are you hungry at all, or would you like some tea?”

“Tea would be nice.” I go to make the tea before Sebastian stops me. “I can take care of that for you, go ahead and eat.” A little surprised, I flash him a grin before dishing my own plate up and thank him before I go to sit down next to Amora.

“My understanding is that you want to make your own wedding cake?” He asks. “Yes, I was actually thinking too if we can also make a stop at London’s Cake Shop and do a little cake testing?” She asks as she looks over at me. “We do make samples. I figured it might be a good idea to stop by and say hello since it’s been well over a month since I’ve spoken to them. I was only supposed to be off for 2 weeks-”
