After I changed into another blue and black dress and put my boots on, I brushed out my hair and fixed it up nicely. I then went back out to the kitchen and found him already dressed up with the tea ready.

“You changed quick.” I say, making him laugh. “I suppose you can say I’m excited about taking you out, love.” He says as he pulls me in for a kiss. “And you look beautiful as always, my love.”
“Thank you, and you look very handsome.” I smile as I look at him. After we finished our tea, we made our way out.
We walked hand in hand through other secret gardens before he took me to get some chocolate and other treats. “You didn’t have to get me anything, but thank you.” I say as we take a seat. “You know it’s my pleasure, love.” He smiles.
“Can I ask you something? How is it Grell was wearing your clothes, and how did she end up burying you in salt?!” I laugh, as does he.
“I was taking a look at all the guests I had received this morning, excited to see what I’d be working with. When I got to him, I was disappointed because I didn’t see a single wound anywhere. I may have been speaking out loud to myself about my displeasure, and... He woke up pretty angry and started strangling me.” He laughs, but I didn’t find that so funny.
“When he told me he’s a grim reaper, which I had already known, I of course said I wasn’t afraid of reapers. That was when he undressed me and buried me in the salt. It felt pretty great actually-” I burst out laughing, making him stop mid sentence.
“I’m sorry, but it was too funny seeing you actually enjoying that. I almost kind of wish I would have seen that happen! Now I’m not okay with the strangling part, but I really just wish I would have seen it happen.”
“Seeing your reaction to him wearing my clothes was pretty hilarious, my dear.” He teases. “I still don’t understand why he did-”
“You should have seen it sooner. He even had a wig that was exactly like my hair. It just ended up flying off as he ran towards Sebastian.” He explains, making me laugh even more.
“Is that why she ran into the wall? Because Sebastian dodged her?” I asked. “Yes, that is exactly what happened.” He answers. “I’ll never understand why she is crushing on a demon... I thought demons and reapers hate each other?”
“We do, but for some reason Grell likes him. But he also likes Will.” He answers. “If she ever saw what you actually looked like, no doubt she’d be hitting on you.” I laugh. “Yeah, I’d prefer that not to happen.” We both laugh.
“And going back to your previous remark, you are dating reaper, yourself.” He adds as he smiles. “But I’m not a demon, so this is completely different.”
“You’re just...”
“Undead, it’s okay. I still don’t understand my whole heartbeat thing. And the not being able to die-”
“I don’t ever want you to die, love. Be glad you can’t, well... Mostly. You don’t need to be putting yourself through fire again-”
“Speaking of... A burning house had collapsed on me, but, yet I’m still here. Does that mean I’m immune from fire?” I asked as I looked over at him, and he had a serious expression as he looks at me.
“Amora. I don’t have an answer for that, but I don’t ever want to see you do that again. I don’t ever want to see you burn to ashes...”
“I’m sorry for bringing it up. I promise you I won’t ever do that again. I know, should I ever burn I can never be brought back again-”
“And I refuse to lose any more Phantomhives, especially you.” I lean in to give him a kiss. As I pull away, I give him a smile. “I love you. I promise I won’t do anything else that could cause me my life. I don’t ever want to hurt you like that again.”
“I’m holding you to that, my love. I love you too.” He gives me another kiss. After we finish our treats, we make our way out again.
