Irene's PoV

As I finished signing up the files that were left in my office, I decided to head to the headquarters to check the robots since Seulgi said that they will be done when I talked to her so guess it's ok if I'll go there immediately.

"Please tell Y/N that I went to the lab to check the robots if she arrives early," I said to the guard before leaving the house.

Along the way, I got a call from Umji so I immediately answered it.

"Hello Umji-ssi, is there a problem?" I asked

["Unnie, we want to talk to you if you don't mind? Our class is done can we go there?"] Umji asked

"Oh Umji, I'm not in the house right now. I'm going at the headquarters." I said

["Is that so? What if we'll go there too since we need to report too."]

"That would be nice. I'll meet you at my office there. Just wait for me if you happen to arrive there early."

["Sure unnie, we'll report first then go to your office."]

"Ok, I'll end this call. See you."

["Bye unnie."]

After the sentence, I ended the call.

Guess it's about Y/N again. Aishh really, I don't know what to do with that kid anymore.

But knowing that she seems to be comfortable with the robots is a good thing.

I hope the robots will help her to trust her own kind too...

After few minutes, I arrived at the headquarters and as I entered employees greeted me nicely.

"Where's Seulgi?" I asked Yeri, my assistant.

"She's in the testing lab, Wendy unnie is also there. She also brought the robots with her."

"Good, anyway... Umji and her team will arrive later. Let them stay in my office if I'm still on the meeting with Seulgi." I said which she answered with a nod.

After that, I separated my ways and head to the lab where Seulgi is.

As I opened the door, I saw Seulgi testing the robots while Wendy welcomed me.

"Where's Joy?" I asked as I noticed that I didn't see her even when I walked in here.

"You're here. Oh, Joy is in the other department. She'll be checking the scholars, haven't Umji told you about that?" Wendy said

"Oh, I talked to her and she mentioned it. Didn't know that Joy will be leading it."

"It's an emergency tho, the person-in-charge is out so Joy substituted," Wendy explained

I raised my eyebrows upon hearing what Wendy said.

"Emergency? Why I didn't know about that?" I asked that she answered with a shrug.

After all, I'm still head of this company after KD died. I should know what is happening here.

"Irene! Come here and check if the robots are fine with you." Seulgi said.

I nodded and walked into Seulgi's place. Wendy also followed me.

"Gladly they are good now, I added some features and enhanced their human skill so basically it's a new version." Seulgi proudly said.

I looked at the robots, and they are still the same. Looks new but maybe the program is good now.

"Could we test them up?" I asked

Seulgi nodded and signaled Wendy to open the other robots. As they opened it, The robots manually move and do their own stuff like a real human.

"Woah, this is a good upgrade. I hope you can do this to the others also." I said while keeping my eyes on the robots because of the amazements.

"Thanks, and oh I didn't delete the memories- ah I mean the recordings into it so meaning to say they still see Y/N as a friend or their master," Seulgi explained.

"She really worked hard into this," Wendy said and laugh slightly.

"Obviously," I said

"Are you getting them by now?" Seulgi asked.

"Oh yeah."

"Good, take care of them. And also, still, they are robots. No food no water arraseo?" Seulgi reminds

"You should tell it to Y/N, not in me," I said and laugh.

"Whatever, go get them," Seulgi said and left with Wendy.

As they are not already around, I went closer to the robots and clapped my hands that made them look at me.

"Let's go, well get to your master after my meeting," I said and walk out of the room.

I went to my office and as expected Umji and the others are already here waiting for me.

"They are good now," Yuqi said as she saw the robots.

"Gladly. Anyway, I'm really sorry for what Y/N did. She's really not into collaborating with the others that's why the robots are here to teach her." I explained

"It's ok unnie. Anyway, the reason why we are here is because of Y/N. We want to suggest something but guess the problem is solved." Umji said

"Huh?"

"We're actually planning on a much better way but the robots are good now and she can go back to the school now. Right?" Yuna asked

"Oh yeah. She'll be back."

"That's great," Chaeryeong said.

"So it's that all?" I asked

"Yeah." They all answered in unison.

"Oh, well want to go with me? I'll invite you for a visit to the house."

"Surely Y/N will shove us," Yuqi said

"She won't do that I promise," I said

They all looked at each other and just nodded.

"Ok let's go," I said, we are about to head out when the robots suddenly spoke.

"Irene, Master is in danger!"

I looked at them shockingly as I heard what they said.

"W-what?! How di-" I was cut when my phone vibrated and as I opened it, I saw an email from Jihyo-bot.

'Irene, master is in danger!'

"Shit!"

"What happened unnie?!" Umji asked but I didn't answer it, I immediately went closer to the robots and told them to track where the other is and It turns out that they can't track it.

"Y/N. Check Y/N." I said after few minutes a pinpoint appeared and it says where is Y/N.

"Girls go ho-"

"Unnie we'll come. We're in the defense team after all." Yuqi said and look at the others.

"Let us come unnie. We can fight." Chaeryeong said.

"Aish, fine. Let's go." I said and went out of the headquarters. Umji went to their car while I also did. I decided to bring the robots since they were programmed also to protect Y/N.

Along the way, I contacted my men and told them to go to the place where Y/N is.

I tried to contact Jihyo-bot but failed.
