Jihyo's PoV

I stopped my car as Y/N and I arrived in our destination. She roamed her eyes before actually going out so I told her to go out to see the whole place.

We are now at the top place where you can see the downtown and also it's a good timing since it's already 3:30 and we can witness the sunset here.

"What do you think?" I asked as I placed a mat on the ground so we can sit.

"Out of all members, well you place is the best." She said and shrugged.

I chuckled and say on the mat which she also did we just look at the roof of the houses with full of silence around us.

"Did you had fun with us?" I asked

She keeps her gaze faraway and nodded.

"I never experienced it before." She said that made me surprised.
It's not because of the fact that she never experienced it but the fact that she answered my question and I can feel the sincerity of her answer.

I just sighed and get the book that I brought with me. I spread out and used Y/N's lap as my pillow that made her startled.

"W-what are you doing?" She asked surprisingly.

I just chuckled and looked at her who's looking down at me.

"Tell me your story. I'll listen." I said the. opened the book and covered my face so she can focus.

"Let me pretend that I'm reading the story from the book. But I'll listen to you." I said

She didn't respond for a minute. I lowered the book on my face slightly so I could see her face but she's just looking far-away.

"Oppa and I are not close. He always told me to do everything to make our parents proud even tho I'm doing it already. He wants me to do it the way the our parents wants. My parents.... I never had time with them. They just told me to study, practice, stay in the house. Which i did.... they died without me having a bond to them. The last that I can remember is the time that my mom locked me in a closet. She told me to stay there and wait for oppa which i did. I woke up a day after that, everything's changed. Oppa didn't bother to talk to me. He even stopped scolding me for not doing my best. He let Sowon unnie with me."

Y/N stopped as I tried to process all she said. Like the first one, I can feel her sincerity. But now, it's more on sadness.

"I can't even remember all, I just woke up and starting to have this feeling of hatred. I know it right, that I should feel this way to them. They are the one who should be on my side but they didn't do something like that. It made me think to forget everything, push everyone, block anyone who wants to get in. But maybe i left a small whole, where Sowon unnis is. But I left it for the wrong person."

"It's ok, Irene filled it." I said

She nodded and paused.

"Then the robots came, maybe knowing that they are a robots that's why I happened to let them in easily."

"And us?"

"I don't know, all happened in just a snapped. I didn't even know why I didn't push you all after I found out that you're not robots." She said and laugh slightly.

"Isn't because you like us?"

"The robot type? Well yeah."

We just both laughed and I sit up.

"I guess that's enough for now." I said and put down the book.

"You? What's your story?" She asked that made me to look at her.

"Is it fine If I'll tell you?" I asked

"You listened to me, I'll do the same."

"My dad works abroad. My mom died when I was still young. Before my dad went to the other country, He married a witch."

"Witch?" She asked and chuckled

"Yup, my step mom. I also have a step sister. They aren't nice to me. But I stayed with them as I got no choice, then I met the squad.... And Daniel." I said and looked at her

She looks unbothered when I mentioned her brother so I remain calm.

"Daniel proved my that I'm worthy. He always made me feel that he's proud of me. Maybe we hid our relationship, but it became so good."

"What do you feel when he died?"

"That time, we're not together anymore. Before that happened he broke up with me. But I found out that it was my step mom's decision. She asked Daniel to broke up with me." I said

"He should have just fight for you." She said that made me looked at her.

That's what I thought too...

"But not every fight has a win. Let's say he fought for me, it's still nothing since he destined to die." I said that made her laugh.

"I'll use that remaining time if I was him." She said that surprised me.

I just remained silent as I don't know what to say anymore. We just keep waiting for sunset when Y/N did the same thing I did to her a while ago.

I looked down at her confusedly as she keeps her eyes shut but facing me.

"Everything will be ok sooner right?" She asked as she opened her eyes and met mine.

I smiled and nodded.

"Of course."

She grabbed my hand and use it to cover her eyes.

"Wake me up if the sun is setting."

"Don't you want to talk to me? Are you sleeping over me?" I asked and chuckled but she didn't respond and released fake snores.

"Aigoo."

I removed my hand that is covering Y/N's eyes.

"Y/N, the sun is setting. Wake up." I said but she didn't replied that made me think she already fell asleep.

She must be tired

I looked at her and can't avoid to stuck my eyes on her. I suddenly felt her hands holding mine.

I looked at her but she's still sleeping. As I assured that she's sleeping, I get back on checking her. From her eyelashes down to her chin. I can see Daniel but in different aura.

My other free hand moved, I tucked the small hairs that covers her face. I suddenly smiled in satisfaction.

"Tch, wae? Are you scared to fall in love on me?"

My smile fades as I suddenly remember what Y/N said.

Aish! Gosh why the hell I remember that!?

Suddenly I felt my cheeks are burning hot, I looked at Y/N for the last time that made my heart beats weirdly.

I moved myself out causing Y/N to woke up as her head slammed on the ground since her head is laying on my lap.

"Ouch!" She groaned and gave me a pissed look.

"What the heck!?"

"S-sorry. I saw... I saw a bug. Yeah." I said

She just scratched her head and looked at the sun that already set.

"You didn't wake me." She said

"Let's go, the others are waiting."
