Sam continues to stand and look at the cream-coloured building in front of him. His eyes keep on roaming every detail of the worn-out details of architecture observantly. Sam went here once to drop Kana off but never goes into the apartment. This will be the first time he comes into the dandelion's personal space. A nervousness can't help but appear and accompany the elated feeling, realizing this will also be the first time he sees Kana's living environment.

7 years ago, despite hanging out together a lot, Sam actually never visit the orphanage. He only went there to drop Kana off. Now, as their relationship flourishes and gets deeper, Sam's curiosity grows along and wondering how the older version of his dandelion lives.

The present Kana is quite different. When the younger version of him is bubbly and carefree, the older version is now more graceful. He's softer and calmer to the point that Sam will have a hard time to read whatever's in the boy's mind sometimes.

But aside from that, Sam does notice that Kana sometimes look like he's walking on thin ice and wary of the surroundings. The older hopefully it's because of worry about dating a well-known celebrity like him and nothing else. It's quite hard to do, with paparazzi sometimes being caught by Sam's men for tailing the couple. Even though Sam's in incognito mode all the time, it will never be enough to keep the prying eyes away from them.

And that thought gives him another realization, which is to not stand in front of the building for too long. Sam goes into the building and looks around briefly to search for an elevator. When not finding any, the man let out a small sigh feeling annoyed at the lack of service in this building. He has no option left aside from ascending the stairs to the top floor.

After ascending, with only a few exhales being let go behind the stuffy mask to ward of the small tired feeling, Sam walks towards Kana's apartment number before knocking. There's a faint sound of music on the other side before the shuffling of someone. After a few seconds of waiting, the door finally opens and reveals Kana in a comfortable T-shirt and sweatpants, smiling and going to the side while greeting, "Good afternoon, come in!"

"Good afternoon to you too, Babe," Sam replies and goes into the apartment. He takes all of his stuffy incognito get-ups, hangs them on the wall hangar along with his coat and takes his branded shoes off to haphazardly set them aside to gather with Kana's worn-out shoes.

And of course, Sam missed Kana's stare towards both of his expensive shoes and coat, as the latter compare them with the brandless ones placed on their sides. The reason is that Sam's currently in awe when looking around the small yet comfortable living room.

The humble apartment isn't big at all, rather, it is very small in comparison to Sam's usual large penthouses. The furniture looks cheap, unlike the expensive brands that are usually made out of Ebony and Grenadilla African Blackwood. The walls are painted in a rather dull colour, different from the usual gold-embed marble surface that Sam often uses as wallpaper. Foreign language music can be faintly heard as he goes further in. The slow tempo of the song makes the place feels more relaxed. Different from Sam's usually quiet place which makes the soundproof feature of his unit useless.

Not going to lie, but Kana's small place is so much cosier than Sam's large penthouse. The best part of it, the room feels like Kana, with the daisy scent and warm aura surrounding the place.

"Why are you just standing there?" Kana comes with a mug of warm chamomile tea in his hand, "I hope you don't mind with tea." The younger utters while offering the mug.

Sam accepts while uttering his gratitude before going back to listen to the faint music while sipping the tea, "What language is this?"

Kana briefly listen and replies while leaning his back to the kitchen island, "Ah, it's an Indonesian song. Sometimes I like to listen to foreign songs." he explains before smiling softly, "It's fun to listen to something that you don't understand what it's meaning and just focus on the melody."
