And I never meant to cause you trouble
And and I never meant to do you wrong
And ah well if I ever caused you trouble
Oh no I never meant to do you harm

The Tesla arrives in the basement area and parks at its personal parking space. Sam turns off the ignition and lets out a sigh. Problems seem to add more as time goes, intensifying his urge to solve them as soon as possible. He clenches his jaw and silently curses at Mike. How on earth do they know each other? How dare he make Kana cry? What do they talked about? Sam closes his eyes, trying to subdue the headache that he felt.

Once he's calmed down, he glances to look at his dandelion, who sits quietly on the passenger seat while gazing down to his own fidgety hands. He sees the younger keep on pinching his fingers, making it red. Sam gently put his veiny hand on top of the dainty hands, silently stopping Kana. The younger turns his attention to the older, who now smiles at him, "We're here. Let's go inside. I bet you're hungry. I heard from Vin you kept on refusing to eat."

Sam put on a sad expression, "I thought you agreed to eat lunch when I let you skip breakfast. Why didn't you eat?" he asks softly. Kana bit his lower lip, embarrassed that Sam knew the fact that he didn't keep the promise, resulting him hadn't eaten anything all day, "I'm sorry." the younger mutters in a tiny voice.

Sam let out a soft sigh, "It's okay. But promise me you'll at least eat something for dinner, alright?"

The younger silently nods, making Sam chuckles and ruffles the middle length hair. He then goes out of the car and moves towards the other side to open the door for the younger. Once his dandelion is out, Sam pulls the latter by the waist and goes into the elevator that takes them back to the top floor. They manage to go into the penthouse and the adonis glance at his dandelion, who seems to be in a trance. He leans closer and pecks the younger's cheek, earning the latter's attention as he turns his doe eyes to him, "Stop thinking unnecessary things, babe. I feel jealous that you're thinking about something else but not me." the older pouts.

Kana let out a soft snort, chuckling at the latter's joke, "You're so clingy."

Sam chuckles back as he takes both of their coats and hangs them on the stand, "Only to you. Now, can you help me to cook dinner? I sent the housemaids back earlier because I want to spend some quality time with you. It might help to enlighten your mood as well. I already bought the ingredients and don't worry, I'm a good cook." he suggests.

The younger smiles and nods, following the older who now goes to the spacious kitchen. Both of them begins to prepare the ingredients after washing their hands, Sam marinating the chicken and Kana carefully chopping the vegetables. The older pays attention to the younger's dainty hand that is holding the paprika in place while the other holds the knife, "I can't help but be afraid when I see you chopping stuff. You being a left-handed sometimes making me anxious."

Kana stop his sloppy chopping and chuckles, "Is it just because of me being a lefty or my naturally bad at cooking? I saw your chopping technique earlier and it doesn't look like you learn it only for a role."

Sam shrugs as he moves the chicken to the pan and starts to pan-fry it on the stove, "Chantaviriyavit are required to be able to do household chores regardless of gender. Because we have to place ourselves above the servants, meaning whatever they can do, we also need to be able to do it. So that we are able to give critiques and they wouldn't be able to sneer on us."

Kana silently takes in the new information about the latter. He's fascinated at how the older's household are teaching their family members. It is obvious that the bloodline doesn't want to look down upon, no matter how small it is. It's strict and proud teaching, but also quite sad and lonely. The younger leave the already chopped vegetables and gently hug the older from the back, earning his attention. "You must have a tough time. That the people around you demands you to be a perfect, flawless man," Kana mutters.
