"All right let's hope this works."

Chai finished using a match to light a candle. She was alone in her room with a set of candles set up in a circle.

"Gran-Gran says mediation can help with many things. Probably won't help me find out why my hair glows but at the very least it'll calm me down."

Chai sat down in the lotus position in the center of the circle then grabbed a small cup taking a sip from it.

"Awe...Chai tea..."

She finished the tea then closed her eyes taking slow deep breaths in and out. Her breathing became a smooth steady rhythm with the light of the candles flickering about.

Suddenly Chai's eyes snapped open, and she looked to her left.

"Wha-?!"

Chai stood up and looked around the room.

"I could of-!"

Chai turned around again but still found nothing.

"I could've sworn...okay mediation over. I'm leaving!"

Chai licked her thumb and forefinger and put out each candle. Then she started to back out of the room.

"Whoever or rather whatever is in here I might not have caught you this time but beware Chai's onto you!"

She backed out of the room bumping into someone.

"Chai, what are you doing?"

Chai turned around to find Mako.

"Mako! Yes, a witness! Come here!"

She grabbed Mako pulling him into her room.

"What's wrong? And what's with all the candles?" Mako asked

"They're for mediation, I was meditating," Chai said

Mako queried a brow. "You? Meditate?"

"What? I can meditate," Chai said

Mako chuckled, "You. The girl who can't still for even a second?"

Chai pouted, crossing her arms. "Listen, I didn't bring you here to question my meditation methods. There was something in my room."

"Something in your room?" Mako asked

"Yes! I don't know what but it's here!" Chai said

"What did this something look like?" Mako asked

"I have no clue. I didn't actually see it," Chai said

"Uh-huh," Mako said

"You don't believe me do you?" Chai said

"No, no, I do. I believe that you believe that you saw something," Mako said

Chai groaned, throwing her head back.

"Listen I think you're still a bit wound up after what happened the other night with your hair. Maybe you should go for a walk to clear your head," Mako said

"Fine, but I'm not crazy....Well I am but not this type of crazy," Chai said

A rickshaw moved through the streets being pulled by a very sweaty and out of breath Bolin. The passengers of the man-powered mode of transportation were Eska and Desna. Desna holding Pabu in his lap.

"I will hate to leave this quaint tribe," Eska said

"Is that true, Eska?" Desna questioned

"Of course not, Desna, I will not miss it at all. I hold immense dislike for the South."
