Bolin had a mission today, okay not so much a mission, but he did have a goal and some important news to share. And how could he share said news if he couldn't find his brother? Mako wasn't home nor was he at the police station, so with the use of his excellent deduction skills, Bolin quickly determined that Mako had to be with Chai. That is how the young earthbender found himself wandering the grounds of the Air Nomad Island.  And guess what, he was right!

After asking one of the air acolytes Bolin made his way towards a small open field, often use of training. That is where he came across both Mako and Chai. He smiled spotting the two ready to call out but paused when he saw what the two were up to. He tilted his head, a tad perplexed as he watched Chai and Mako move about in a circle, each moment a specific precise stance. Chai moved with a certain grace and poise, while Mako was more grounded and direct. The two continued moving until they met in the middle in the final position, their first connecting together to create an arch.

"Wow Mako, you picked it up pretty quick," Chai said

Mako sent his girlfriend a smile, a bit of sweat dripping down his forehead. As the two separated someone started clapping. Turning the couple spotted Bolin walking over.

"Nice dancing there Mako," Bolin laughed.

Mako frowned crossing his arms. "I wasn't dancing. Chai and I were performing an ancient firebending technique," He explained.

"It's called the Dancing Dragon," Chai added.

Bolin gave his brother a look, smirking and Mako responded with a sigh facepalming.

Grabbing two towels–passing one off to Mako–Chai wiped her face off. The Dancing Dragon was fun but hard work.

"What brings you to the island Bolin? Come to see Opal?" She asked, dripping the towel around her neck.

"Well yes and no. I got some important news," Bolin said

"What?" Mako asked

"You know how I was all worried and sad that you all were doing stuff and I had no stuff?" Bolin said.

"Yeah," the couple said.

"And I was thinking well I need to get some stuff too."

"Okay."

"So," Bolin put his hands on his hips proudly, "I'm going to join the army."

"Whoa really? You're going to be a part of the United Forces?" Chai asked

"No, no, no," Bolin waved his hand, "I'm going to be joining a group that's starting in the Earth Kingdom. We're going to be helping people out across the Earth Kingdom. Things have gotten really crazy since you know the Earth Queen is..."

Bolin choked as he cut a finger across her neck.

"Yeah, I've been getting updates. It was suggested that Su take up the mantle to help put things in order but she declined," Chai said
